"Talking"
'Thinking'
*Action/Noise*
==============================
On a green flower field.
2 kids are playing tag as they ran barefooted through the green grass around. flowers blooming as the petals dance in the air around them.
The white haired girl, who seems to be the meek one, smiles and laughs as she tries to tag her sister who's a bit faster than her.
The sister hides behind the tree as the other one cornered her by surprising her and appeared beside her to tag her. Now it's her sister's turn.
As they ran, the meek one couldn't help but notice on the other side of the field, on another tree. another kid was sitting in the shade, reading a book. The meek one tries to walks up to the boy but as she walks closer, the boy seems to get even further.
'Not again! Please turn your head this way! Brother!' She shouted as her sister runs after her too.
The boy seems to haven't heard her shouts as he kept on reading the books. Then out of nowhere, a river appears in front of the meek girl and her sister. As if a storm is nearby, the current was strong enough to destroy a tree, but the scenery hasn't change.
'This again... I can't never get close to you... I really want to talk to you' She sadly thought as she sat down, her sister comforting her by patting her head.
This dream of her has been showing up once in a while, and the ending will always be the same. She felt sadness as she couldn't reach the boy on the other side of the river.
Always ending up with her sleeping on her sister's lap before waking up. But this one...
It was different than the formers. As she slowly close her eyes, the boy suddenly appears at the edge of the river!
She was surprised as she didn't expect this. After all, all this is just a dream with one ending.
The boy spoke to her, but his voice couldn't get out. There was no sound coming out of him.
Then the girl, slowly drifted asleep in her sister's lap.
The curtains was opened and sunlight came through immediately. The girl's eyes slowly opens as the sun rays shone in her room. She looks at the person beside her, the one who opened the curtains.
Alfia: "Good Morning, Meteria. It's unusual of you to wake up late, It's 11am you know." Alfia says as she kissed her sister's forehead.
Meteria: "Good morning too, Alfia. It is quite unusual indeed." She replies with a smile on her face, almost as if she's giggling.
Alfia: "You seem quite enliven more than usual. What's up?" Alfia asked.
Meteria: "Alfia... Do you remember when I told you about the weird dreams that I've had in the past? The one with the white haired boy?"
Alfia: "The white haired boy... By him, do you mean our dead brother? What about him?" She asked worriedly.
Whenever someone who have passed away, has been visiting you in your sleep. It was like a sign for someone that they're fated to follow that person to the afterlife. Which is why Alfia is worried about the dreams that Meteria has been having.
Meteria: "Brother... Yeah, he is. But, unlike my past dreams. This one was different, first he was sitting under the tree as always. But then, he appears at the other side of the river, looking straight at us, but I couldn't see his eyes." She stated as she tries to remember the details of her dreams.
Alfia: "It is different... What happens next?" She curiously asked, thinking of a way to make Meteria forget about it soon as she is worried about her condition.
Meteria: "He then tried to speak to me, but I couldn't hear him... But I saw the movements in his mouth, and there's one phrase that I could decipher." She says while lowering her head.
Alfia: "Meteria..." Alfia says calmly as she hugs her sister.
Meteria: " "See you soon, sister." That's what he said..." She answers as she leans her head to Alfia.
It was a really bad omen. Alfia clenched her teeth as soon as she heard those words. Hoping that her sister will live much more longer despite all the miracles that's been happening in her life. Especially since his 6 years old son is turning 7 soon.
Alfia: "It's just a dream, Meteria. Don't think too much about it." Alfia comfortingly says as she caress her back.
Meteria: "B-But sister, *Sniffs* W-What if soon, I have to take brother's hand and join him. I've been bedridden all my life, and now. the signs are showing up... Oh my Bell... *Tears up*." She says as she cried in Alfia's arms.
Her mind was thinking of nothing but her son, Bell, Who's nothing but an innocent child whom she loves very much.
Alfia: "Don't say that! You'll grow up, get better! You promised to see your son get married right! Please Meteria. Don't say those things." Alfia says as she looks in her sister's eyes.
Even if Alfia didn't shed a single tear, Meteria could see the devastation in her eyes. Meteria and Alfia has been fighting against their disease for a very long time. And now Meteria's condition has worsen much more. It was a miracle that she manages to survives until this far.
But even as bedridden. Her looks are the same as Alfia's. Always being cared and monitored fully by the whole Hera Familia, who loves her fully.
Then the door slowly opens, entering Bell Cranel.
Bell: "Mom? Auntie? What's wrong?" He asked.
Bell saw his mother crying in his aunt's arms, concerned, he immediately rushed to her mother's side and hugged her.
Meteria couldn't hold back the tears as she hugged Bell back. Thinking of the inevitable. He hugged Bell tightly.
Meteria: "*cries* Nothings wrong, Bell. I just love you so much."
Bell: "Yes! I love you too, Mom!" Bell replied with the brightest smile.
Meteria giggles as she wipes away her tears.
Bell: "Mom, Me and Dad was gonna explore the festival today, I was gonna get your permission but. I'd rather be by your side." He said worriedly.
Meteria couldn't help but smile at Bell's words. Rather than spending the festival with his dad, he would rather be with Meteria. Alfia nodded with a proud smile.
Meteria: "Oh come on, Bell. You've always been with your father during the Goddess Festival right? He would be sad if you leave him hanging you know."
Alfia: "What's wrong with it? If Bell doesn't want to be around that guy, then allow him." Alfia says showing disdain for Jason.
Meteria: "Sister... It's been 7 years."
Alfia: "And a lifetime more to go."
Meteria sighed. She wants to spend the time with Bell, but She also wants him to spend time with his father. Then, there's only one solution for her problem.
Meteria: "The Goddess Festival huh. I haven't been around for quite sometime ever since I'm bedridden. Why don't I go with you guys?"
Bell: "Ehh?"
Alfia: "But Meteria, your condition!"
Bell and Alfia panicking. tries to turn down the idea. Meteria's condition is at its dire state and it could worsen even more if she go out.
But Meteria just holds Alfia's hands.
Meteria: "Alfia... Maybe its time I get to spend the day with my family, you know." She says while looking at her eyes.
Alfia knew what she meant by it. And still wants to protest. But decided to accept it.
Alfia: "I'll get you some of the reserved Elf branch and some holy potions as well, I will also bring some of Dian's child to be at your side. That's my condition."
Meteria: "Thank you, sister." Meteria smile's brightly at her sister's care.
Alfia knows that Bell couldn't have inherited those smiles from her father. Because the kindest person in Orario, is right in front of her.
Alfia opens the door and was about to leave. She take one look back at her family. Bell smiles as he hug Meteria, and she did as she hug him back.
Those smiles are something that is worth protecting in this cruel world, especially in Alfia's life.
=======
The Goddess of Harvest Festival. It was celebrated every 3 years in Orario. People from around the world is traveling to Orario to get some of it's great, abundance harvest. From crops to fruits. Everything is great!
But it's not when you're trying to find the person you're monitoring, It was a disaster place for babysitter.
Kaguya: "Goddamn it! That bastard disappeared the moment I took my eyes off him!. I hate it when he does that!"
Kaguya panics as the person she was babysitting, Gojo Satoru, disappeared when she bought some crepes. Feeling dejected, she sat down and ate her portion of the crepes.
Kaguya: 'I thought I was finally able to get some alone time with my brother. It was already a disaster last night after that Blond kid tries to attack him.'
She sat alone in silence as she sulk in the wasted opportunity.
Meanwhile
Satoru: "An Arena Fight huh. "It's a chance to be recognized by other Familias and bring opportunity for you to join one of the best and suitable familias who will scout you out". Neat advertisement." He said as he was about to leave.
???: "Still. People kept on joining, hoping to be able to get in one of the Strongest Familias out there, you know." A girl spoke.
Satoru turns his head and saw a 5'4 girl, She has bluish gray hair that she keeps tied with a small knot in a ponytail hairstyle. Her eyes are the same color as her hair, and she has a light peachy colored smooth skin. She wears a white blouse and a leaf-colored knee-length long skirt. She also wears a slightly long half apron around her waist. She wears a pair of brown boots over black stockings.
Satoru: "And who might you be?" Satoru asked.
He noticed her coming distance away. But what he's more curious about, is that He is her intention. Especially when his eyes tells a different story.
Syr: "I'm Syr Flova, I'm one of the waitress at the Hostess of Fertility. It's one of the famous restaurants here in Orario."
Satoru: "Ho? I might try and visit sometimes. Sounds like a great place."
Syr: "It is! Though, if you don't mind me asking, Why do you cover your eyes? It feels bad when you accidentally bump into someone." Syr asked with pointing at Satoru's black blindfold.
Satoru is taken aback by her straightforwardness. Rather. He's sensing that Syr is getting and getting close to him. She was trying to figure him out.
Satoru smiles as he decided to play with her before leaving.
Satoru: "Don't worry about these eyes. I can see very well than the other people around. So please don't worry about me, Goddess."
Syr was surprised by his words, immediately calling out her true identity. She smiles.
Syr: "Goddess? Fufufu, other patrons at out restaurant have also been calling me that as well. I guess my looks are comparable to a god huh. Fufufu."
Satoru: "But I guess your true looks is much better if that transformation magic is called off, am I right?"
Syr tries to deny it, but Satoru was quick to shut it down. Syr smiles quite differently this time. But Satoru feels uncomfortable dealing with this type of deity. he tries to brush it off as he also knows that another trouble some person is nearby.
Satoru: 'A level 5 adventurer huh. This Goddess must be someone famous to have this kind of adventurer around. Now how do I deal with her?'
Satoru thought of.
Syr: "Then, would you like to join the arena? I heard that a Level 5 member of the Zeus Familia will be it's gladiator. Ja... Jaso... Jackson?"
Satoru: "Are you scouting me, Goddess? I will tell you now in advance. There's no way in hell that I will join a God's familia. But still, I do want to stretch my body a bit. I might get dull if I don't exercise once in a while."
Satoru signs up for the arena. Syr giggles as she manages to get an opportunity, not only to talk, but to witness the white haired man's abilities.
Syr: "Are you confident about it? You seem to be high leveled if you want to face a level 5 of the Zeus Familia."
Satoru: "I'm kind of a special case. But don't worry. My name is Gojo Satoru. I'm the strongest." He said as he lift a part of his blindfold. Showing Syr the Six Eyes he is proud of.
Syr was incredibly... aroused by the moment. She bowed her head and leaves him now to join the other waitress who just called her name.
Satoru: "Now... Let's check out the center of the world's finest."
