With the right sensors, she could directly scan DNA from the body.
Codification was a more advanced form of programming, but instead of writing programs, this ability enabled her to codify and create complex systems for anything making it very complex and impossible to decipher.
It did not even have to be scientific, she could codify it directly.
De-codification is the direct opposite. Mia can now solve or break codes of complex systems for anything no matter how complex and near-impossible to decipher.
Jiang Hao could only think of alien technology at this point. No one had such a system on the planet.

Jiang Hao was very satisfied with all these abilities. Especially the Human-AI synergy.
This ability basically ensured that Mia would never go rogue. Well, unless she is determined to die together. Which is impossible.
