Shen Mingzhu slept until the sky was bright before she got up.
After opening the window to breathe a few breaths of fresh air and stretching a big lazy stretch, Shen Mingzhu was in a good mood and opened the door to go wash up.
But as soon as she opened the door, she smelled the scent of steamed buns.
Following the aroma, she arrived at the kitchen doorway just in time to see the steaming pot billowing with white steam, and then she turned to see Pei Yang, wearing an apron and washing something at the sink. She smiled in pleasant surprise and greeted him,
"Good morning."
Pei Yang glanced at her and grunted in response.
Cold and indifferent.
Shen Mingzhu retracted her smile and silently turned to go to the bathroom to wash up.
As she brushed her teeth, she looked at her reflection in the mirror and thought that if she were the one kicked out of the room to sleep on the sofa, her temper would have been worse than Pei Yang's.
