‘’Hey Princess, pay attention to where you're going—-‘’ Billy said, his gaze lingering on my face. ‘’What happened? Why are you crying?’’

‘’It's n-nothing...’’ I attempted to walk past him, but he stopped in front of me, his tall frame blocking my movements.

He trailed a finger down my face, wiping away the tears. ‘’Are you sure about that? C'mon princess...you can tell me your problem.’’

‘’Please, Billy, just let me go! I need to get out of here!’’ I exclaimed. I shook his hands away only to have him entangle our index and middle fingers together. ‘’What are you doing?’’

‘’Escorting you. Knowing you, you might disappear tonight and never come back. I want to be there when you make rash decisions.’’ He smirked.

I looked at him confused as he began leading us out of the party but we were blocked by a slurring Mandy. ‘’Heyyy…Princess…’’ she wrapped her arm around mine and she leaned her head on my shoulder. ‘’Are you having fun at this party?’’ she giggled.
