Kapitel 67: WANT A PIGGYBACK

Giovanni wrinkled his nose in disgust as he studied Luciano more closely. The green slime from the spider creature coated his dark hair, matting the loose strands that escaped the crimson ribbon that held the rest of his hair in a bun. The vicious liquid glistened on his pale skin, emitting a noxious odour that permeated the air. The longer his gaze stuck on him, the more pronounced his expression of distaste became.

"You reek," he said bluntly, his expression neutral.

"Yes, well how odious my scent was going to be did not really cross my mind while I was literally fighting for my life," Luciano retorted, wiping the mixture of slime and the bead of sweat from his brow.

Giovanni looked over at the dead creature, its massive body sprawled on the floor of the chamber, thick yellow ichor oozing from a dozen wounds across its bulbous abdomen. His eyes widened in disbelief.
