Vulcan's POV

I crossed my arms over my chest, my lips curling in a sneer. "Do you hear yourself right now? Another trap, Eleanor? Give it up, I'm not interested."

"I'm not trying to trap you, I never did," she insisted. "All I do, I do it for the both of us,"

"Don't feed me that," I flared. "Do you think it's been easy? No, it hasn't - my life has been a total mess ever since you came into it. You've fucked me up, Eleanor. Shouldn't you be satisfied by now?"

She halted me, raising her hand. "Stop it, Vulcan. Stop blaming me for your own actions. You clearly enjoyed every bit of what I've done to you. You loved it, you always came back for more. So don't blame me because you can't control your own desires."
