When Charlton returned to Larissa's side, he finally understood what he felt when Serena said goodbye. It was a feeling of loss, and perhaps he felt sorry because he was too quick to judge.

However, seeing what she was doing, he suddenly felt his blood boiling. He could not understand the sudden onslaught of anger, but perhaps it stemmed from her words. She said she wanted to move on, so she meant that she wanted to move on to the next high-ranking man! Truly, she was unbelievably thick! Not really knowing why, he could only sarcastically scoff!
