Kapitel 10: Chapter 10 I work here
Anlan dropped at City hospital and walked in after paying the taxi driver, when she got in she went to the reception who immediately recognized her and smiled
"Good morning ma'am"the receptionist greeted
"Good morning"Anlan replied back smiling
"Are you here for the man last night"the lady asked calmly
"Yes"Anlan replied
"Well he was discharged this morning"the lady said
"Oh thank goodness..is he better?"Anlan asked
"Yes he is"The receptionist replied
"Can I ask you a question?"the nurse said
"Of course"Anlan said
"Who is he to you?"The lady asked
"Well he's.."Anlan was about to reply when someone called her from behind she turned to see Han Jing
"Han Jing? ..why are you here?"Anlan asked
"I should ask you that.. don't I work here"Han Jing said and walked closer to her
"Oh I forgot"Anlan said, she had totally forgotten that Han Jing walked at City hospital all she knew was that Han Jing was a nurse
"Now why are you here? "Han Jing asked
"Nothing much...I came for a check up"Anlan said
"Are you sure?"Han Jing asked
"Yes but I've changed my mind.. I'll take my leave now"Anlan said and hugged Han Jing
"Bye"Anlan said and ran out, she was happy she was able to leave there because she could not think of an explanation to give Han jing
She got into a taxi and went back home when she reached home she was about to go inside when she saw Chengxiao their neighbor
"Hey cheng.. it's been so long"Anlan said
"Of course I had that you were back I couldn't find time to come yesterday so I decided to come today"Chengxiao said smiling, his smile was charming and captivating
"Oh... thanks "Anlan said
"You don't have to thank me.. we've been friends and I'm happy you're back.. the neighborhood has been boring without you"Chengxiao said
"Oh ..stop the flatter"Anlan said and laughed, Cheng was on of the cutest boys in their neighborhood, admired by every girl in the neighborhood ever since she and Cheng became friends girls in the neighborhood were so jealous of her but what she tried to explain to them was that there was nothing between them but no one was ready to listen so she left them to their thoughts
"I'll see you later today"Chengxiao said and waved
"Okay bye"Anlan said and went in
