Isabella lowered her head and then replied, "She didn't pay me anything, Madam. My dad was ill, and he needed a lot of money. We can't borrow from the bank anymore, that's why we turn to a loan shark."

"So, you're working for her just to pay back all the debts you have?"

"Well, the interests…" Isabella replied dejectedly. "That loan shark keeps increasing the interest and I'm forever stuck working as her henchman since I can't pay it back with only my salary."

"I see…"

Truthfully, Winter was ready to go nuclear on her. She was expecting her to keep denying it until she was forced to admit that she was Camilla's filthy mole. 

But now that she understood Isabella's position, she realized that Camilla's method was far more devious than what she had expected.
