Kapitel 40: CHAPTER 40

Jeremy raised his hand, moving the mouth of the gun back to Klaus's forehead before he pulled the trigger. He almost gave in to Tessa's order, but Klaus had to trigger his rage once more, he wouldn't stand and watch a mere Private be so cocky in the Wood family manor. 

BANG! 

The sound of the shot vibrated Tessa's bones, her eyes instinctively moved to the floor, she couldn't look in Klaus's direction. 

She was motionless for a while before she noticed the shadow of another person, Tessa gazed up only to see a tall and well-built man standing between Jeremy and Klaus, the guy was holding Jeremy's hand, and the gun muzzle was facing the sky. Jeremy shot went to the clouds. 

Tessa seized heart slowly came back to normal with a deep breath.

"Miss Tessa had ordered you to drop the gun. You have no right to continue, Jeremy Boston"
