Matteo, the new Don of Serpiente finally agreed to let me out of the chains and allow me get freshened up and make some calls. Of course I wasn't allowed to leave the room, but at least I wasn't restrained anymore.

When I charged my phone and switched it on, the first thing I noticed was the fifty three missed calls from Alessander. And the ninety nine plus messages from him.

"Oh fuck." I deadpanned, he was definitely going to make me suffer for this.

I immediately called him back, before he flew here to search for me. He picked up on the first ring, but didn't say a word over the phone.

"Alessander, I am so sorry-"

"Where are you?" He cut me off, his voice tight, he sounded like he was restraining himself, in the background I could hear shooting.

He was still in Russia.

"I'm..." I looked at Matteo, who had to be here to monitor all my calls to make sure I wasn't double crossing him. "With Elio."
