Kapitel 208: Chapter 208: Brook's Shock
It seemed that Hinata was still wary about Brook, an otherworldly being.
Carmen and Kun gasped in shock, their eyes wide with terror as they stared at Brook.
"A skeleton! The skeleton is moving!"
"What is this thing! Is this guy also due to Moria's ability?"
Brook stood up, shaking his neck. He had been a bit disoriented, but when he heard the others, he was stunned.

Hearing Brook's laugh, Hinata tightened her grip on Ryujiro's arm.

"This skeleton has no shadow!"
Kun exclaimed in horror.
Ryujiro glanced at Kun and replied calmly, "Moria's ability is to sever the shadows of living beings and grant new life to zombies."
"This guy's shadow is on that zombie."
Brook looked at Ryujiro with shock.
Although he had no eyeballs, he was internally stunned.
"How do you know so much about me?"
Ryujiro didn't respond to Brook. Instead, he stepped forward to examine the samurai zombie closely.
"Yohohohoho."
"Do you want to fight me as well?"
"You seem to be a swordsman."
Ryujiro studied the sword master Ryuma's corpse carefully and sighed regretfully.
"What a pity."
The spirit of sword master Ryuma hadn't returned to his body. In the end, this corpse only retained the will of Ryuma's physical self.
"What does your sigh mean?"
The voice of Ryuma's corpse grew colder.

Withdrawing his Zanpakuto, Ryujiro's back was exceptionally cold.
"I see, if it's for you, then indeed, this one is not qualified."
"Finally over."
The final words seemed not to be what Brook's shadow could say. The tone and temperament had changed in that instant.
"Residual will, huh."
Ryujiro looked at Ryuma's zombie heavily collapsing on the ground. A shadow flew out from beneath Brook and reappeared as its own shadow.
"Shadow! The shadow is back! Wonderful!"
Brook cheered with excitement, and after a brief moment of exhilaration, he gratefully shook Ryujiro's hand. "Thank you so much, white-haired boy!"
Ryujiro felt the peculiar texture of a skeletal handshake and made a strange face.
The angular, bony sensation of shaking hands with a skeleton was quite unique.
"It's nothing, just a small favor."
Ryujiro's peripheral vision was still on Ryuma's corpse, feeling regretful.
The legendary samurai of Wano Country, even after years of death, still had residual will on his corpse. How wonderful it would be if Ryuma's spirit were still there.

Ryujiro didn't mind changing the plot. The friendship between Laboon and the Rumbar Pirates was indeed touching.
"Thank you for letting me know. May I ask your name?"
"Ryujiro."
Ryujiro responded.
"Let's move forward."
Ryujiro took Hinata's hand, making her feel much more at ease.
Now, Hinata was no longer afraid of Brook. Despite his frightening appearance, his actions and words gave a comical impression.
"Ryujiro, are you continuing on?"
"Mm."
Suddenly, Brook's tone grew serious. "Ryujiro, I advise you not to proceed. This fortress houses an incredibly powerful pirate. It is because of him that I lost my shadow."
"The Seven Warlords of the Sea, Gecko Moria!"
"His strength can only be described as monstrous. Ryujiro, you are my savior. I cannot let you risk yourself."
