Kapitel 201: Take Over Villages

The scene cuts away from Alex and Maya for a moment, taking us to a different location. High up in the branches of a distant tree, a single figure cloaked in shadow watches the entrance to the Laury kingdom. This is a duplicate Jian Gang, created by Barty's magic.

We then shift back to the Jian Gang residence. Here, the real Jian Gang sits with Barty and Kaye, along with a maid tending to them.

Barty, his eyes still closed in concentration to maintain control of the duplicate, speaks first. "I see Alex with a girl entering the kingdom..."

Jian Gang, surprised by this news, raises an eyebrow. "A girl? He wasn't alone?"

Barty nods, keeping his eyes shut. "Yeah, probably someone he saved along the way."

Jian Gang leaned back in his chair, a furrow in his brow. "Alright, Barty. Here's the plan. If by tomorrow you haven't seen anything suspicious from kingdom, you can head straight to the king. We don't have time to waste playing babysitter."
