"There we are," Alex announced, urging the horse forward with renewed energy.

As they drew closer, he spotted a familiar figure standing by the village gate. A wide grin stretched across his face.

"Amelia!"

Amelia spun around, her eyes widening in shock. "Alex!?"

He dismounted from the horse, his legs slightly unsteady from the long journey. He walked towards her. "Hey girl, how are you doing?"

Thud! Amelia rushed forward, throwing her arms around him in a tight hug.

"It's been months!" she exclaimed, her voice muffled against his chest.

Alex chuckled, returning her embrace. He pulled back slightly, his gaze falling on the man standing behind Amelia. A hint of recognition flickered in his eyes.

"Hey Master Eldrin," he greeted.

Master Eldrin, gave a curt nod in return. "Long time, no see, Alex. You've certainly been busy. Word on the street is you're now the number 5 strongest?"
