Unlike normal academies, the Royal Magic Academy has student council bodies for each year of students. 

Likewise, the election for the post of student council president of each year is conducted within the students of the concerned class only.

However, for first year and third year students, the election was over before it started. It was because, no one dared to stand against members of the Royal family.

That's why, the first year student council president is Alexia Adriana.

However, for third years, things were not that simple.
