Viscount Lyria and Viscount Eldon stood by the roadside, a modest spread of food laid out on a cloth. The sun was high in the sky, casting warm rays over the simple scene. It was a rare moment of peace in their otherwise tumultuous lives, and they intended to make the most of it.
