The doctor noticed that the attitudes of Su Yunjin and Gu Ya, the married couple, were fairly acceptable, and so his tone eased.
"Young lady, I have prescribed two doses of fetus-preserving medicine for you, take them back and consume them. You have just been agitated again, so it would be best to lie down and rest for a few days when you get back."
Gu Ya agreed repeatedly, saying he would take good care of his little wife. The doctor handed the fetus-preserving medicine to Gu Ya and urged him, "Moreover, your wife is now pregnant, you should try to give her some nutritious food. She must eat eggs and meat every day, and I see that you two don't look like you can't afford meat. So don't skimp on it."
Gu Ya took serious note, and Su Yunjin also listened. She knew medical science and was aware that a fetus at more than one month is still very precarious, without having settled properly, it is very easy to miscarry.
