By the next morning, it made the early morning talks among the villagers.

The downfall of the infamous Manrove line had spread, starting with the massacre of their guards at the gates of the Manrove Estate, down to the death of the patron of the family.

Bone Manrove was found hanging off the ceiling of his office, naked with his body battered, broken and bruised.

His thoroughly beaten figure made it seem that he was a victim of mob lynching rather than an actual one-versus-one fight as was the case.

It was inconceivable news for the people of the Herb village.

So unbelievable that anybody who heard was inclined to head over to the Manroves' estate to verify the news.

Their end of the Manrove line was met with different reactions from the village.

Some were extremely happy with it.

Some were indifferent.
