The two citizens of Sestia stared at me with wide eyes while Roan seemed impressed.

"So, you're exacting a revenge on the royal family because they are the descendants of your Dragon's murderer." Roan summarised and I smiled.

"No," I corrected.

"I just want to show the people of Sestia that the Dragon that they had been cursing for centuries was a victim all along and that Dragons are not evil."

"But how could you know all of this?" Sir Adler asked, "It happened centuries ago!"

"I saw his memories."

"But it could be a lie."

"It can't be," Roan said, "Dragons are Gods who live in the celestial realm and they never wanted to do anything with the humans because they know that the humans have a fleeting existence and a greedy heart. So, they chose to be the saviours of the other species and took a special liking to Elves. That's the reason why the Elves and other species worship the Dragons."
