"Yes, do so right now," Seung said in a calm yet calculating tone. There was something unclear and ominous about him. Dark? Inhumane? Or just... strange? The soldiers had no words to describe him back then.

They knew that, despite his youth, he was far more important and experienced than he appeared. The W.H.A President wouldn't have personally placed this individual—if the rumors were true—in such a highly restricted and confidential section of the headquarters if he were just another random civilian or Hunter. And given the type of warning he had issued, they needed to report it immediately. Even if it was all an act to secure his release, they couldn't afford to ignore it—the administrative board would handle it themselves.

The soldier who had been speaking to Seung bowed slightly, his tone overly composed and firm as he said, "Please leave that to us. We will inform them right away."
