Kapitel 122: Chapter 120 - Dungeon Exploration 2
Long time no see, I was able to write this cause I'm bored and wanted something to write. I won't give false hope saying I'll update frequently but I'll try my best.

They continued their journey when Ryuu felt excited riding the dinosaur and planned to turn them into mutated creatures to increase their strength. Ironically, Ryuu fears birds when they're the closest descendant to Dinosaurs.
They encounter a few more raptors letting his lover get the feel to fight the monster. It would be a shame if they didn't level up their job.
Ryuu killed the raptors by controlling the pet raptors he had since they would also gain experience and those would also affect him but only 20%.
"It's rather hard to fight with when the terrain is like this."
Kanae commented as the raptors were doing ambush tactics due to the environment having tall grass that made it difficult to see them. Though, they could sense them didn't mean it was perfect.
She uses her magic to manipulate the grass to pierce through the raptors feeling the sensation of experience going through her body.
"More fighting, less talking!"
Trese cried out using her dagger to slaughter the raptors that leaped towards her and quickly used her shadow to produce a place that fortunately pierced the thick hide of the raptors.
"Go blue! Tear them to shreds! Flame bullet!"
Nezuko produced spinning bullet flames to shoot against the raptors and was fortunate to have [ Flame Mastery ] as it allowed her to control the flame and without it then the whole dungeon would set ablaze.
This shows that despite their power there are also some factors that could prevent them from going all out and should always be prepared.
"Heal! Greater Defense! Is this what real combat feels like? I'm glad I took training seriously."
Kie remains supporting them while fighting their enemies. She was able to easily maintain her casting without much problem and little Mana cost thanks to the [ Enchanter ] job that boosted her in those areas.
"Hahahah this is amazing!! Come!! Fist strike!"
Justine maniacally laughs, slaughtering the monster with her weapon rather easily, constantly pushing through and leveling at a rapid pace. It wouldn't take long for them to reach a hundred. Though, the nature of their jobs required more experience than normal and known jobs.
"She's rather strong huh? Well we can't disappoint the newbie are we?"
"You took the words out of my mouth."
Basdia and Vigaro felt motivated to join in and compete after witnessing the display of power. They grasped their battle axes and sliced through the incoming Raptors.
"It's still strange how I don't have to chant. but it consumes too much Mana." Negi commented on creating Lightning spells frying the raptors. As Mage from his world he normally needs a chant and speaks the words to cast the spell. This allows him to easily create magic without too much thought and concentration since the chants provide him with those things.
"It's strange being able to use my Limitless like this." Gojo commented that having gained access to the Job system and provided a wide range of benefits had helped him develop new skills in fighting.
As a Jujutsu sorcerer who used cursed technique, there is rarely anyone who has flashing cursed technique in his era beside him. The only one who had come close to defeating him was someone who had Heavenly restriction.
"I wonder if this is what Oden felt during his adventure?"
Yamato pondered since "he" always idolized the person who gave him a sense of freedom. He aims to do what Oden did and one day free the people of Wano. Now it won't be far considering the use of the chat group and the system.
He swung his weapon crushing the incoming raptors, easily defeating them and even had to fight a few unique monsters. For someone like Yamato, he is one of the powerhouse among the chat group but his attack potency is the only thing that makes him powerful because there are many ways he can be defeated.
"What about you, Erza-san? Is this how you do your quest?" Rias asked for a conjuring weapon of destruction that obliterated the enemies and turned them to dust.
"Higher class does give combat quests but lower ones are mostly odd jobs requested by people." Erza said using her Heaven's wheel armor slicing through the monster that headed towards them. Rias seeing this was inspired to recreate the armor that Erza wears.
"You gotta teach me how to fight like you." Rias said with a smile seeing Erza, someone akin to a sister since they both share red hair and are strong in their own right.
"Sure thing." Erza said as she saw Negi leap to action helping them by conjuring lightning attack towards their enemy.
"Are you alright there, Negi?" Ryuu who was close by asked Negi who nodded.
"I'm fine, just thought I feel like I should do more if I don't want to be a liability." Negi said and Ryuu smiled, patting his head, acting upon his brotherly instinct.
"Don't look down on yourself. You're still young and have time to grow. Just keep a steady pace." Ryuu said and Negi smiled as The living plague's heroine smiled seeing this.
Soon after, they went deeper into the dungeon and encountered large crocodiles that Ryuu happily added to his hive mind and saw how they rank up with his influences. He hoped to gain [ Guider ] a job that could influence and strengthen any followers.
"I can't wait how Onii-chan is going to react!"
"He would likely faint…" Justine remarked. Nezuko was on top of one of the enormous crocodiles taking a liking to it as well.
"Anyway, how did you make them disappear?"
Trese asked after witnessing Ryuu absorb the Raptors and it was completely different than how he absorbed flesh.
"It's from the binder skills. You also have one then try extracting shadow from a defeated corpse."
"I can do that?"
"Can't hurt to try? Your magic reminds me of the shadow monarch. Try saying [ arise ] later."
"Shadow monarch?" He happily explained the rest as they soon found themselves deeper and arrived at the 10th floor of the dungeon where they were greeted by a TRI horn monster.
"Isn't that just basically triceratops?"
"I had the same reaction?"
Ryuu and Van stared at the triceratops that had a behemoth of a body that was bigger than elephant producing electricity within its horns viciously looking at them.
The rank of the monster does not always necessarily determine its power compared to other monsters. Take for example an undead wolf that is rank 10 wouldn't be able to defeat a rank 8 earth dragon.
Therefore the strength of the Trip horn Rank 5 is comparable to agile and mobile tanks that could easily demolish buildings. Added by its [ Wind Attribute magic ] that allows it to produce Lightning.
[ A/N: I don't why Lightning falls under Wind attribute but it just does in this world. ]
"Who's going to fight it?"
Ryuu asked his lover since he doesn't need to fight it and wanted to let her lover do the job. He planned on reviving it by letting it join the hivemind and reviving it since anyone in the hive could borrow the main collective skill of the body.
"You girls know what to do!"
Justine excitedly rocks paper and scissors to see who gets the chance to fight it. Trese decided not to join them and let the girls have the kill.
"I wonder if we should also do that when spending time with Van?"
"I think it would be too chaotic if you did that…"
Van already foreseen the future and didn't plan to abandon the girls that he acquired in his journey. While Ryuu has no plans on taking any woman from him since most of them are monster girls.
Despite having Kie, it doesn't mean he has fetish for stealing other people's women unless they're abusive. Therefore won't add Vandalieu mother. Not that he planned to flirt with any more girls.
"I won! Hahaha let's have some fun!"
"She's oddly Enthusiastic? Was Justine always like this?" ( Kanae )
"Yeah…she likes to fight when given the chance. I remember fighting her when we're younger."
Justine grinning while the Trip horn exhaled ready to kill her the moment she approached it.
"What's her magic anyway?" Gojo asked Ryuu who was watching his lover and answered the question, surprising the honored one.
"Wow, she's like the divine general Mahoraga huh?" He commented on getting the ears of the listeners.
"Mahoraga? Who is that?" Shinobu asked curious who was mentioned.
"It's a Shikigami or a summon that can adapt to anything if given enough exposure." Gojo said wondering what it would be like fighting it similar to how his other self did.
"Impressive. It might be tricky to fight something that can become immune to our attacks." Basdia commented. Everyone turned back to the fight and saw Justine preparing to fight.
She pulled back her arms back, equipping her gear before using [ Shundō ] to vanish and appear close to make a one inch punch pushing the monster back several meters before the Tri horn stands back up and uses its horn to attack.
"She's fast and strong! Now I'm interested in sparring with her."
Basdia commented impressed by the sheer power and skills that Justine was displaying, pummeled the Tri-horn and taking the lightning head on as it was far too quick to evade using [ Shundō ].
"Why didn't she evade the attack!?"( Kie )
"The lightning was too quick for her to dodge and she seemed confident in her endurances."( Shinobu )
"But I think it's still reckless."( Trese )
They continue to watch as Justine keeps moving while being electrified using her [ Aura ] to shield herself. Justine then grabbed the horns of the monster before showing shit eating grin.
"Gotcha!"
Justine clenched her fist before concentrating her strike the punch the head of the Trip horn shattering it's skull and killing instantly. It was strong enough to not explode into smithereens.
"She's tough to last that long while being electrified."
Van said after seeing she was able to tank the lightning attack like it was nothing. Ryuu nodded and being proud at the ability of his lover since he's the one who helped to this point
"It's because she has an Aura protecting her."
"Aura?"
"We'll explain while we descend. For now you did amazing work!"
Ryuu walked up to the Trip horn and took some meat before calling for Trese to test out something. He is unsure if it would work considering she only has Darkness magic but it wouldn't hurt to try.
"Can you see a shadow lingering at the corpse?"
"Yeah? I forgot to mention earlier but every monster corpse seems to leave a shadowy essence. At first, I thought it was Aura but it seem wasn't the case"
"That's probably their soul."
Van went closer seemingly sensing the death attribute within Trese but wasn't the same as his. He is unsure if she is able to make an anti impact barrier or kinetics absorption barrier.
"A soul? I've seen dead spirits before but not like this."
"This place has a different rule since ours has an afterlife while here it uses Reincarnation. Anyway, try manipulating the soul and resurrecting them within your shadow?"
"I could try."
Ryuu guided her with Van assisting them since he's an expert in death and creating an undead. Trese could feel the soul and soon her shadow envelope itself into the corpse of the Trip horn.
"Arise."
At that moment, an Ethereal shadow appears having bits of bluish tinge within them and everyone takes a step back raising their guard in case it attacks but surprisingly it lowers its head in front to Trese.
"Oh it works!"
Nezuko exclaimed witnessing the towering shadow looking down on them while Trese was baffled that it actually works. She caresses the shadow, feeling how solid it would be if the creature was real.
"That looks so cool!" Negi commented, amazed by the power that Trese displayed.
"This reminds me of Megumi's technique." Gojo added.
"Is it like an undead? Van, can you do something like this?" Vigaro asked dumbfounded after seeing the unique magic before him. He had lived for more than a hundred years yet many things were happening before his eyes.
"A ghost? Maybe but a shadow undead, no. I believe she's placing the soul into a shadow mold which then takes it as their body." Van gave his thoughts.
"You have Shadow Binding skills. Try telling it using your mind to head into your shadow." Ryuu suggested while she only nodded and instructed the shadow TRI horn to head inside her shadow. Unsurprisingly, the monster listened and absorbed into her shadow where it lay dormant.
"Now you have your own summon like sandelmo." Sandelmo, the fire elemental that Trese summoned via her phone that was currently left within her home as it was impossible to summon him through the dimensional barrier.
"Someone who can use fallen enemies as allies is an interesting power." Yamato commented wondering if other devil users have this ability.
