Title - Short Clash, Interference and Answers
…
"AN INFERIOR BEING WHO HAS YET TO COME TO POWER, DARES TO ACT NONCHALANTLY IN FRONT OF ME!?" Dormammu thundered in rage as a pressure that could bring any living being to its knees fell on Aspect. "NOW! KNEEL AND BOW YOUR HEAD BEFORE THE LORD OF THE DARK DIMENSION!"
"An impressive show of power." Aspect began as he observed in awe as the Dark Energy of the dimension gathered onto one spot to form a massive face out of the many celestial bodies that floated in the dimension.
With the appearance of the face came a crushing pressure that aimed to force Aspect to his knees. Aspect however had no change in his expression as he balled his fist and took a punching stance
His eyes shone with a calculating light that disappeared as soon as it appeared as he uttered softly. "Infinite Mass Punch."
The Infinite Mass Punch is a concept tied to the concept of relativistic mass. When mass increases due to these relativistic effects, it approaches the speed of light, theoretically reaching infinity.
That was the concept behind it, but Aspect wasn't a speedster. He was an All-powerful Intelligence capable of bringing mathematical equations into reality.
Coupled with the lack of the Laws Of Physics in this Dimension, Aspect was basically omnipotent.
"WHAT NONSENSE ARE YOU SPOUTI-" Dormammu began, but before he could complete his statement, the area his face was previously in experienced an explosion similar to that of the big bang, introducing the concept of light into the Dark Dimension.
"Hmm. I see it's still impossible to achieve something of this nature with this body." Aspect, calm and nonchalant, said as he looked at his shattered arm.
"YOU INSECT!" Dormammu raged as his face was reconstructed.
Aspect looked away from his destroyed arm as the Green Aura of Temporal Magic shone on it. "I see that wasn't enough to show you your place."
Aspect raised his hands towards Dormammu's gigantic face in the sky. His left hand glowed blue while his right hand, purple; Space and Soul Magic, but before he could activate it, he squinted his eyes before clicking his tongue in annoyance and disappearing from the spot he was only for a massive jaw to appear and bite out that portion of space.
"YOU ESCAPED THAT. YOU ARE GOOD FOR A WORM!" Dormammu said, much to Aspect's annoyance.
"I see." Was all he said before his form began to grow. "WORM? A PARASITE SUCH AS YOURSELF DARES TO LOOK UPON MY MAJESTY AND INSULT ME SO!?"
Although Aspect's voice was low, his face calm, Dormammu who bore the full brunt of his aura felt the substantial amount of rage oozing off him and was forced to feel, for the first time in a long time…Fear.
"FOR YOUR SIN. DIE!"
As the word 'DIE' fell, the dark dimension came to a halt as the concept of death invaded the space.
"Y-YOU! IM-IMPOSSIBLE! H-HOW?"
Aspect, who was already so huge that he made Dormammu's face appear akin to a football, raised his right hand, covered in a black eerie energy and brought it down.
At that moment, Dormammu felt an actual threat of death Loom over him. One has to understand that, as a Hell Lord, Death was nothing but a stopgap.
No matter how much they were killed, they could never truly die. Death was impossible. However Dormammu felt it at that brief moment.
Whether due to his innate capabilities or just the brief but extended moment before death, he saw The Massive hand come down in slow motion and knew that should that hand hit him…He would seize to Exist.
This was one of Aspect's unique abilities. As an Artificial Intelligence he understood the Six Infinity Stones better than even Leucadius and knew how to access Higher Existential Laws through them.
On a Universal Scale, Time, Space, Soul, Mind, Power and Reality were the Ultimate Skills, but on a Multiversal Scale, Life, Death, Eternity, Infinity and Oblivion were the Ultimate Skills.
Using the Six Forces as a Conduit, Aspect was already able to bring about the End of All Life - Death.
(A/N: End of All Things is Oblivion.)
And just as all hope seemed to be lost for Dormammu, a transparent barrier suddenly formed around his massive head which managed to withstand Aspect's strike.
Frowning, Aspect raised his head and gazed through the boundaries of the Dark Dimension. "Who are you?" He asked calmly. This was not out of caution but his natural disposition.
Although the presence outside the confines of this Universe was terrifying, it wasn't to the point where he would panic. Similar to the Hell Lords, as long as he remained in this Universe, Aspect was Virtually Undying.
"You and your master have gone against the natural flow of the Cosmological Order." The Presence replied with an equally calm voice. (A/N: Not DC Presence)
"I see." Aspect said before turning his attention back to Dormammu. "He can't be allowed to remember me if that is the case."
"That is a matter of course. Your existence was already a variable in and of itself. This would further add to the variable." The Presence replied.
"Good." Aspect said and shrunk to his original size. Although his initial battle thirst wasn't particularly quenched he was satisfied with being able to show the ignorant parasite his place. "Well then, I'll leave it to you."
Saying that, Aspect calmly opened up a Portal and walked into it, leaving the Dark Dimension and reappearing before Leucadius with Tilda in tow. His previous attire was torn due to the effect of the Infinite Mass Punch.
Meanwhile, in a Separate Dimension outside the Multiverse a fiery Shadow in the form of a humanoid woman rubbed her temples with an amused smile on her face.
"Hmm." She hummed. It was unknown what she was thinking but anyone who knew of her would know that it wasn't anything good. "Perhaps…he'd make for a suitable candidate."
…
"Ugh…" Tilda's eyelids fluttered open as the morning sun streamed through the cracks in the window shutters, casting a warm glow across the room. She lay on a soft bed, surrounded by the gentle rustling of leaves and the distant chirping of birds.
Her body ached from the intensity of the battle she had fought, muscles sore and mind foggy from exhaustion.
As she slowly sat up, the weight of the past events pressed down on her, yet the sense of peace in this moment was overwhelming. Her once-tattered cloth armor had been replaced with a simple, comfortable dress, and the room around her was quaint and cozy, filled with the scent of fresh herbs and flowers.
Tilda took a deep breath, feeling the life return to her weary limbs. She glanced around, spotting a small table with a bowl of water and a piece of cloth. She dipped the cloth into the water, bringing it to her face and relishing the cool, refreshing sensation.
The door creaked open, and an elderly woman with kind eyes and a gentle smile entered the room. "You've been asleep for days, dear," she said softly, carrying a tray with a bowl of soup and some bread. "Rest now, and regain your strength. You are safe here."
Lila nodded, her voice barely a whisper. "Thank you." She felt a surge of gratitude and relief, knowing that she had survived and was given a chance to recover.
Yet, a sense of emptiness filled her as her gaze turned unfocused. "I've seen that look a lot in my lifetime." The elderly lady suddenly said, drawing her attention back. "The Lord said to meet him as soon as you awoke. Perhaps he'll be able to help."
"I understand." Tilda said and observed as the woman left the room, and only then did she finally relax. She'd lived with Leucadius for a good part of her life, but still, she still wasn't used to the inhumane disposition the assassins trained by Leucadius gave off.
Even the old lady who was just here wasn't an exception. It was as though the more you used your eyes to look at her, the easier she could elude your perception.
Even with her magical abilities, she held no confidence in a one-on-one showdown.
"Phuu." Tilda let out a heavy sigh before picking up the bread and dipping it in the soup…
…
"How do you feel?" An aged Leucadius asked without lifting his head from the documents he was attending to only to be met with silence. "Aspect told me you've…in your own words, been 'contaminated' with the energy of the Dark Dimension."
With that statement, Tilda finally showed an outward reaction which Leucadius picked up but didn't bother focusing on. "Il Libro di Cagliostro." Leucadius said as a book popped out and dropped on his table. "He was an interesting Sorcerer Supreme, one of the strongest even."
There was a moment of silence as Tilda looked at the book with both horror and resignation. "I'm sorry." She said sincerely. "I shouldn't have learned and used the Evil Arts-"
"Lemme stop you right there." Leucadius, for the first time since Tilda entered the room, looked up as his eyes met hers mid-air. "Don't assume that I practice the philosophy similar to the Cultivators."
Putting that the quill he was writing with, Leucadius continued. "Learning is not a linear path and neither is magic. Holy and Dark Energy…aren't they energy in the end?"
"But there are certain qualities these energies affect its users with." Tilda frowned sadly as she countered.
"Hmmmm." Leucadius hummed lengthily as though ruminating something. "Were I to use Holy Energy as the catalyst to a weapon of mass destruction, does that make the weapon a good or a bad thing?"
The concept of Nuclear Bombs were yet to even be thought of. During the Mongol invasion of Kaifeng, one of China's most strategic cities in 1232, that was the first time Gunpowder was used.
No one would imagine that in years, that single thought or idea would accumulate into the Most dangerous weapons of Planetary destruction in the Human Era…
"That's…why would you even do that in the first place?" Tilda, confused at first, suddenly asked in anger.
"As I've told you, anger is a defense mechanism our mind gives rise to when they're unable to process information properly." Leucadius shook his head and continued. "The thought alone goes against your moral compass however, don't you think that what you lack now is the ability to do just that?"
Leucadius knew that Tilda was strong, what she needed was just a push. She'd been one to give everything for a goal without thinking it through, but when she does think, she puts herself in the position of the accused while processing it.
This was part of the Reason she'd never been able to officially achieve the Grandmaster Level of power and rank.
The room got tense as Tilda's facial expression betrayed her rather clashing ideologies.
"Ah!" Leucadius suddenly slammed the table while disrupting her thoughts. "I've also learnt that Dark Energy also comes with a few perks."
"Huh?" Any human in Tilda's circumstances would have reacted the same way. 'Like…what's the relation here…?'
"You get to age more slowly than any living Human." Leucadius said with a teasing smirk. "You'd get to live so long that you'll accompany your dearest Master till time do us part…"
Looking at Leucadius expression, Tilda didn't know what was going on any longer.
Tilda's Pov
What's so good about having Dark Energy when she just became a beacon constantly drawing Dormammu towards Earth?
Wouldn't that make her Earth's greatest Traitor?
What's so good about having Dark Energy when she'd become more susceptible to negative emotions and thoughts?
What's so good about immortality when there's the risk of the above mentioned threats?
What's so good about living with an Old man that'll kick the bucket soo-?
"*Crack*"
Tilda suddenly felt a mild headache as a flood gate of information bored into her Mind-scape.
