Title - Show of God's Anger End

A Few Hours Earlier.

"Gentlemen…I believe this meeting is in order."

Brymon shook in shock, knocking over a chalice filled with dark liquid. "What in the name of the Abyss?" he gasped, eyes wide with shock and terror.

Malkor dropped the scroll in his hand, causing it to flutter as it hit the ground. "How did you—? Impossible!" he stammered, his voice trembling.

Azrael, frozen in place, could only manage a choked whisper, "Who... are you?"

'Good reactions.' Leucadius thought, and with a voice that resonated clearly, he answered, "I am the one you all have chosen to sin so greatly against."

As he spoke, he made sure to make sure that his aura held everyone in their places. They were just too weak to even consider fighting against them seriously.

So he just casually walked around them. "I'm curious…Weren't you taught that magic always comes with a price?"

The sorcerers exchanged panicked glances, their confidence wavering in the face of such an insurmountable power. "How…much did you hear?"

"Everything- Ou~to. I'm the one asking the questions here. Weren't you taught that?"

"For the sake of our Lord, no price is too much!" The man who looked like the leader said through gritted teeth while also glaring at Leucadius. Leucadius could feel him trying to gather some magic with his staff and decided to allow it.

"I see." He said nonchalantly.

"DIE!!" The leader suddenly screamed and shot what looked like an Eldritch blast at Leucadius who swatted it out of the air and towards the sorcerer who had created the Aphrodisiac.

"Ah, sorry, that startled me so I reacted reflexively."

'Of course that's a lie. I'm just flexing.' he thought with a smirk and continued walking around them. "You haven't answered my question. What did you think would happen after you've sullied this entire City with your Evil magic?"

"That you'd reign supreme in this part of the World? Heh." Leucadius snickered at them. "There's something called 'The Law of Equivalent Exchange' when it comes to math, science, technology and…magic."

"The more you give, the more you receive. The more Magical Energy you use in a spell, the more powerful it becomes. The more Good you perform, the more good fortune you receive. The more Evil you perform…The more misfortune befalls you." Leucadius lectured

"But you know one thing about the Universe?" He asked as he stared into the hate filled eyes of the three men. "It is extremely giving. Sometimes, it just decides to fuck over that very Law. You might help an old beggar with a loaf of bread, then someone who saw you, might decide to return that action with a mansion."

"It's mind boggling…truly. I don't really understand it, but you see… when the universe becomes extremely giving…That's when you should be scared. Not when it's not giving."

"Why do you think I'm saying this?" He finally asked as he came to a halt in front of the two men, the second sorcerer was on the side groaning in pain from the Eldritch blast Leucadius redirected.

Leucadius was sure to make him unable to go unconscious due to the pain or even willingly kill himself from the pain.

"Notice…I said…when you give. Now what do you think happens when you take from the Universe?" Leucadius asked with a sinister smile that sent shivers through the two men looking at him.

These two were already used to seeing each other's sinister expressions, but for some reason, the sinister smile this man was giving them made theirs look like kids.

Their perception of him began to change as his figure began to grow. It grew from his normal height to twice that, but didn't stop there. Leucadius continued to grow destroying the ceiling of the building they were in and continued to grow.

He grew so much that as he bent down to look at the two men, it was as though they were specks of dust in his single eye.

(A/N: Picture Description above)

That's right. Leucadius' single sky blue pupil bore into their very soul sending a freezing chill through it. Their brains attempted to short circuit and shut down but Leucadius prevented that.

When faced with something one's brain can't compute, the normal reaction was to either adapt or retreat. For a lack of better terms, it would shut down.

And faced with such a Godly persona, no matter how they tried to divert their eyes, that gigantic eyeball remained fixed on them. Sending a freezing chill through them.

And while they prayed for death to come, death turned away from them.

"Fear not. The souls that cried out to me were too numerous to count. I'll be sure to make sure you answer to all of them." With those words, Leucadius let loose his hold on their brains allowing it to try and process what it was seeing only for it to shut down.

"Brain Dead, huh. Too bad. You're in front of God." Leucadius said and rewind time on their brains and went through the process again.

At one point, he felt that killing them through Fear Inducement wasn't a proper way to appease the Souls they've damned. His Sky Blue eyes despite being used to create a freezing effect was also losing its thrill.

"Alright, let's do this." He muttered and canceled the illusion.

"....e"

"Hmm?"

"....se"

"I'm afraid I can't understand alphabets." Leucadius said and shook his regretfully. "However I do understand that you're begging me to stop."

The light in their eyes all seemed to come back at those words, however what they saw was Leucadius demonic smile that served only to plunge them deeper into the pits of despair.

"Come now. You act as though we're not having a good time. Remember when you did this to that young boy of 14 to what was it name again…Malachi? Didn't he beg you to stop too? I remember vividly what you said… how did you word it again..? Ah! Scream! Scream! Scream to your heart's delight! Those are delightful music to my ears!"

Leucadius turned to the third sorcerer and said. "Ah! I do remember you having your way with him while he screamed in protest. You do find same sex intercourse exhilarating right? Here. Let these men have their way with you,"

Snapping his finger, Leucadius created a couple male puppets with quite the huge dicks and set them loose on the third sorcerer while deploying a sound barrier around him.

"And you two…well, despite not being physical in your evil ways, you did lead a few souls into damnation. Here." Leucadius flicked his finger and shot out two blobs of black semi-liquid substances at them. "Those are the physical manifestations of the pain those people went through."

What followed was a series of cries, moans and gut wrenching screams. All these continued while Leucadius watched on with a smile. The sight was just too evil that anyone who came upon them would think Leucadius to be a demon.

"This truly is a distasteful job." He muttered while still maintaining his smile. "It however brings peace to the damned souls in Limbo."

Leucadius closed his eyes for a few seconds before opening them and smiling even more brightly.

Soul Magic was a truly amazing thing. Since one is able to communicate and experience things of the Spiritual and Metaphysical they'd have a better understanding of the things of the physical world.

Hell wasn't the only place where people would go to be punished for their crimes. Depending on the grievance directed towards a living entity by a spiritual one, suitable punishment could be delivered while still in the physical plane.

And due to not having anyone to do the needful for him, he could only do this to ensure the aggrieved souls would find rest.

And so, the torment continued all through the night to the early hours of the morning. As the sun shone its first bright light on Sodom, Leucadius stopped what he was doing and admired it.

"I'll be leaving my mark on you three. You'll be personally attended to by my Son in Hell." Leucadius said and disappeared from the room. The anger he'd kept locked up had subsided by quite a bit.

And as the root cause of the sinful nature Sodom and Gomorrah have been taken care of, the next logical action was to re-educate the people, however, Leucadius was having none of that.

Before coming here, he was set on destroying the Cities, and nothing would make him leave here without fulfilling his promises.

Leucadius POV

So appearing in the clear and almost deceptively serene sky, I spread my arms wide, channeling my energy. The sky darkened as massive storm clouds gathered, swirling with an unnatural ferocity.

With a focused intent, I began to manipulate the very. The temperature plummeted and then spiked as I forced the formation of sulfuric compounds within the churning clouds causing the air to crackle.

"This will be my Final judgment on you," I said softly, and with a gesture, I summoned the first wave of burning sulfur. The clouds above convulsed, and fiery chunks of sulfur began to rain down, trailing smoke and ash. Each piece struck the earth with explosive force, igniting everything it touched.

The cries of the wicked filled the air as the fire spread, consuming buildings and people alike. The stench of brimstone was overpowering, a physical manifestation of divine interference..

But my work was not done. Using my control over matter, I intensified the storm, summoning torrents of acidic rain to mix with the sulfur. The very ground hissed and steamed under the onslaught, turning the once vibrant cities into a landscape of fire and death.

Lightning danced across the sky, each bolt a precise strike, reducing any remaining structures to rubble. The screams of the damned echoed louder, but they were mere whispers against the roar of divine wrath.

As I hovered above the destruction, I felt no pity, no remorse—only the cold satisfaction of a mission fulfilled. The cities of Sodom and Gomorrah had been judged and found wanting. Their eradication was a necessary purging, a reminder to the people of this time and of the future.

With a final wave of my hand, the storm reached its zenith, a blinding flash of light that sealed the fate of the sinful cities. In the aftermath, there was only silence, the silence of desolation

I surveyed the scorched remains below, ensuring that nothing was left to rise from the ashes. The lesson had been delivered, and the price of sin paid in full.

Still a bit distasteful though. Hopefully Gaea doesn't mind. I'm sure she too would've wanted this.

{Indeed. I was actually wondering when you'll take matters into your own hands. Thankfully you came as I hoped.}

"Hmm. You've gotten rather good. To send over your thoughts into my mind…I applaud you."

Snort. {I'm far older than you kid. There's so much I'm capable of that you don't know.}

"If you say so." I said and turned to the Pillar of Salt that stood just outside the area of destruction and sighed. It was a pity that she had to be turned to salt. The eye was a window to a lot of places, not only the soul.

Zephiel and Pnemiel were only entrusted to protect them from the sulfur dioxide gas that would be generated from the sulfuric rain. The condition however was that she didn't look back.

I couldn't risk the possibility of someone bearing witness to something of this magnitude. "It truly is a pity."

Saying that, I willed the heavens gates to bring us home as I put an end to this arc of my life. I look forward to trolling Abraham in the future though. The man thought he could bargain with me and go scot free eh? I'll show him.
