Kapitel 65: Tiamat, the Summoned Beast II

The interior of Tiamat's cabin had a very simple appearance for an entity of her stature. Indeed, the only notable thing in the room was the table surrounded by chairs, on which Fercyn, Evelyn, Syrthas, and the owner of the place were now seated.

Everyone looked at each other intently, waiting to see who would speak first.

Syrthas, in particular, felt uncomfortable. He didn't see himself as having a place in this discussion, but he was too eager to know what was going to be said. So he kept quiet and made himself as small as possible so as not to be noticed by Tiamat, who might well ask him to leave.

"Why? Did you come all this way without really knowing what to ask?"
