Kapitel 25: The Emperor (Part 2)

The Emperor didn't budge, as the shockwaves echoed through the entire room… the Emperor didn't move, he didn't let out a slight gasp of pain too.
Azaroth's eyes widened as he felt a sudden instinct- to defend. A barrier of infinity appeared in front of him but cracked shortly after.
'This is what I get basing Infinity in a world where Magic Dispersion is possible,' Azaroth thought, although this could only be used in the dungeon- it annoyed him that he wasn't able to use such a powerful technique in the dungeon.
His wings spread in front of him protectively and the Emperor threw his fist forward, crashing against Azaroth and sending shockwaves echoing around the battlefield as Azaroth was pushed backward- his wings aching at the impact.
Azaroth gained his footing rather easily.
"it's unfair of you to use Magic Dispersion," Azaroth said and the Emperor's robe billowed in the seeming wind.
"You were going to use a technique that was capable of blocking every spell in my arsenal, as well as any physical hits that I might land on you- Of course I would use Magic dispersion, do you want to take the excitement out of our battle?" The Emperor asked.
"Sheesh," Azaroth replied and snapped his fingers, golden crisps of electricity bursting to life around them.
"That magic again? It hurt quite a bit," The Emperor said.
At a glance with his Haki, Azaroth learned that it was not that his Gold flash didn't hurt the Emperor but rather he had so much Magic reserves that he reinforced every part of his body with Magic.
Azaroth pursed his lips thinly as he decided on a sure way to defeat the Emperor.
'I should focus my attacks on one point and break the defenses around there,' Azaroth replied, sure he could use Magic Dispersion to disperse the magic but he had to remember that the Emperor could cast one anytime- but decided against doing so for the motive of making this a contest of true strength and determination. Besides the Emperor had far much more Physical stats than him…
Azaroth let in a deep sigh- since he did have magical power, he would fight the Emperor at full power which meant.
"Amplification Blue," Azaroth muttered under his breath as Infinity filled the entire room, he raised his index finger upward and Infinity gathered around his finger, turning into a blue orb of energy… web-like cracks spread across the ground as fragments of the ground rose into the air.
The Emperor did take a step back, he wasn't aware that Azaroth had so much destructive capabilities but Azaroth himself had not even began to show himself… POD flared to life around the orb and wrapped it's azure shape within a crimson aura.
Now the Emperor was truly shocked as Azaroth's eyes flashed and the ground rumbled beneath him… it had taken Azaroth quite a while, 3 years to combine Cursed Technique: Lapse / Amplification Blue with the Power Of Destruction to create a unique energy which even he couldn't hone to it's full capacities-
Azaroth threw the orb forward and the ground below the orb shot forward and into the air, getting engulfed within the orb of energy… rocks, pebbles and everything below was sucked into it leaving a trail behind and the Emperor clenched it's fists.
"Such a dreadful energy- he really comes with the intent of killing me," The Emperor said and the Amplification Blue slammed against it, multiple shockwaves echoing through the battlefield as the Emperor was reduced to nothing but dust.
Azaroth stretched- it wasn't really that hard to take care of the Emperor with his Magic.
The sand hummed calmly and slowly reformed the Emperor once again, much to Azaroth's annoyance.
"You can materialize?" Azaroth asked.
"Only twice," The Emperor replied, "It was meant to be a surprise at when you struggle to beat me that I would return,"
Azaroth sighed and pulled out his Undead Slayer, gritting his teeth. He wouldn't use Amplification Blue as the Emperor would either find a way to avoid it or make it backfire against him- so he would go along with his first plan and leave Reversal Red under wraps first.
[Side-Quest: Defeat the Emperor In Hand-to-Hand Combat, Dagger is allowed and Close-range Magic Spells are allowed as well]
[Reward: (It's a Secret)]
Azaroth thinned his lips, It was a Side-quest… he could ignore it if he wanted but the Reward section felt too enticing- Ever since Azaroth reincarnated, he had gotten good luck.
Azaroth pushed off the ground and began his dash toward the Emperor, gripping the dagger by the hilt and letting a crimson aura cover it's perfect figure- making it more piercing and powerful.
"So you plan on coming at me physically?" The Emperor bellowed, barely able to hold back a chuckle. "You truly are a worthy challenger,"
Azaroth closed the distance between himself and the Emperor in an instant and stabbed the blade forward, the Emperor picked up on the POD that wrapped around the dagger and dodged it quickly with a duck.
"Not only is this blade capable of harming me to some extent… but the energy that you have used to make your attacks stronger can harm as well," The Emperor said and aimed at making space between himself and Azaroth- something the Youth didn't want to happen.
Azaroth brought his left foot down and aimed to kick the Emperor squarely on the head, The Emperor grabbed his foot but Azaroth was quicker- bringing his other one down in a blink of an eye.
The Emperor took hold of both of Azaroth's legs and slammed him into the ground, sending shockwaves across the battlefield but the devil quickly recovered, an orb of POD shooting out of his mouth and engulfing the Emperor at point-blank range.
The following explosion sent the Emperor flying backward and Azaroth used this time to hoist himself back to his feet.
'Yeah I'm the new Broly,' Azaroth thought while coughing out, smoke coming out from his mouth.
That wouldn't stop the Side-quest, after all magical spells at close-range were allowed too.
