Kapitel 44: CH 42: A New Pet, Zap (E6)
(A/N: Sorry for not updating for a few days. Was taking a little break.)
Alistair :"I like my humor like I like my slaves, dark."
Shego :"... How is it that I, an ex-villain, have a tamer humor than you?"
Alistair smirked :"What did the blind kid say when he touched the emo kid's wrist?"
"What?"
"I ain't reading all that."
"You're a monster."

"Alright, Tigris, daddy's gotta go take care of some messes." Alistair stroked the sleepy Tigris's head as it chuffed in reply.
Walking outside after leisurely doing his morning routine, including taking a short shower, Alistair saw a scene of carnage. The city, for what it was worth, was in shambles.
The buildings were trashed and the cars were ruined. Although it wasn't like the city wasn't wiped out, it was like one dangerous tornado had passed through without anybody noticing.
"You sure took your sweet time!" Shego barked out when she caught sight of him. Turning to look, he saw her fighting the electric little menace with Ben. Or at least trying to, because damn, the thing didn't stay in one place.
Alistair smirked :"Hey, I gotta look 100% photogenic 24/7! Skipping on being clean and proper is out of the question."
"Oh, yeah-" She growled, but shouted in pain when a bolt of electricity zapped her back. Growling and gritting her teeth, she furiously searched for the Nosedeenian, also known as Megawatt :"Goddamn it, just pray that I don't get my hands on you, you electric piece of shit!"
Swinging her energy clad hands around as it bolted around her just to annoy her even more. Laughing loudly while doing so, which just served to make her even angrier.
"Goddamn it, why doesn't this little jerk stay still?!" Fourarms, with veins on his face, threw punches around. He didn't seem much better than Shego.
Alistair snickered quietly. It was obvious that the little menace had gone above and beyond on messing with the two. Looking around, he could also see that Ben had put an effort into getting the job done, despite not succeeding.
He saw the shards of Diamondhead shot around, Stinkfly's spit here and there, area's burnt because of Heatblast's flames, and a messed up street and walls thanks to his other aliens.
'Right, poor Ben doesn't have an alien that can deal with something like that yet. Honestly, any alien would have a hard time dealing with that thing, considering it's literally a living battery.'
Speaking of the little menace, it suddenly popped up next to Alistair. Looking at him curiously, moving around him and studying the newcomer, before breaking into mischievous laughter at getting another person to prank.
"[Unidentified DNA detected, proceeding to scanning. New alien and predator DNA unlocked: Nosedeenian and Continens Filum.]" But as the Nemetrix beeped, catching the Megawatt's attention, he smirked evilly :'Ben doesn't have an appropriate alien, but I do.'

Continens Filum: This species swallows Nosedeenian alive and uses them as a power source until drained. This predator cannot live without that energy, so when it drains a Nosedeenian it must automatically hunt another or it will die.

With a blinding light that made the Megawatt cover its eyes, Alistair transformed :"Ultimate Discharge!" Turning into the evolved species of Feedback, the now orange and black alien, with arms and a tendril seeming to be made out of thick wires, with the tendril actually being several tendrils circling each other have giant clamps at the end, flashed a giant grin with his arms crossed :"Oh, yeah, I was getting hungry anyway!" Seeing the new alien, the Megawatt smiled in defiance. Ready to mess him up too. But Ultimate Discharge, not in the mood to bully a small alien, simply pointed one of his fingers at it.
"Sorry, lil fella, but I've got better things to do than amuse a little shit like you." Suddenly, in a split second, all of the Megawatt's energy was absorbed by Ultimate Discharge.
Although his abilities hadn't changed, they had skyrocketed in efficiency. It took only a few moments for the Megawatt to lose all its energy, causing it to wobble in the air before descending slowly.
Yawning tiredly as Ultimate Discharge grabbed it gently and let it sleep in his arms :'Heh, little menace. Oh well, I already have a damn tiger, who said I can't keep a living battery too? I'll call you... Zap. Yeah, let's go with something simple.'
He was pulled out of his thoughts when he saw Shego and Fourarms stomping towards him. Bloodshot eyes set on Zap who was finally staying in one place.
"Whoa, whoaaa! Chill out!" He quickly shielded him from the two, his clamps snapping threateningly at the two :"Don't even think about hurting Zap!"
Shego's angry eyes widened :"W-what?! Zap?! You're keeping that... that... thing?!" Fourarms backing her up :"You can't be serious, Al! That thing's on another level of annoying!"
Ultimate Discharge looked at them blankly :"Uh huh? Then what do you propose I do? Leave this alien to roam around by himself? Or what, should I hand him to the government to probably run tests on him?"
"I... well..." Fourarms went quiet, but Shego didn't care :"I don't care what happens to it!" Yes, thanks for elaborating :"I just know that I can't handle that thing annoying me 24/7!"
Ultimate Discharge :"Oh, come on, he's not that bad. You can handle Ben, Zap isn't that much different."
Fourarms :"Hey!"
Shego :"Ben stays out after a glare! This thing gets even more riled up after a glare!"
Ultimate Discharge :"Look, I get you, alright? But let's just give Zap a chance! The reason why it was so violent is probably because it was sealed for so long. Wouldn't you get excited if you were in his shoes too?"
Shego crossed her arms :"Ugh, just say you won't take no for an answer!"
Ultimate Discharge smiled awkwardly :"I mean, yeah, I won't. But still, I want you to know the reason why, since you're my right hand woman! Will you give him a chance?"
Transforming back, he smiled sweetly, giving her the puppy dog eyes :"Please? For me?" Shego flinched when she saw his eyes, her annoyance fading as she gritted in reluctance :"Goddamn it, stop it with that look!"
But looking at his pleading eyes and sweet smile combined with his handsome face, she gave up with a sigh in the end :"Oh, whatever. It's not like I can win this argument anyway."
"Yes!" Alistair smiled brightly, coming to her side to nudge her gently :"Come on, don't look so down. Zap will make a fine addition to our team. He will liven up things every day if we're bored! And besides, if he gets too excited, I can just put him to sleep like this."
"Haaah, alright." She gave up with a sigh, causing him to smile :"Thanks, Shego. You're the best sidekick ever." Making her smile :"Glad you already know."

While everybody else was in the Rust Bucket, with Zap getting to know the others, —acting a lot calmer after Alistair having a talk with him— Alistair walked into his trailer :"Techtrix, how's what I asked you to do?"
The hightech computers and holographic came to life, along with Techtrix's beautiful and mature voice. He really did have a thing for sexy British accents, huh?
"I'm still running the calculations, sir. I haven't found what you've asked to do yet."
"Is that so? Not surprising I guess. Well, work on it for now and notify me if you find anything."
"Understood, sir. By the way, would you like to give this task a name?"
"Hmm, a name... sure. Let's call it..." Alistair smirked, looking at the holographic image of a silver sword floating in the air :"Project Ascalon."
(A/N: Poor Vilgax is going to be treated like the first boss that a player faces after completing every single side quest at this rate when he makes his first appearance lol.)
