Cruden took responsibility, but not priority.
"Whichever one you'd like me to attend," Cruden decided. "I'll go."
Roselia blinked. That was surprising. She had a scope of the kind of events she would be invited to. Tea parties, country clubs, polo matches, and the list went on. The ones that Cruden would be able to attend likely included the ones that took place in the evening. She made a mental note of that, but paused.
"If Noah has classes, you two have work, then… which one of you will exactly accompany me to the afternoon ones?" Roselia asked.
Cruden's face twisted into displeasure at the idea.
"Anna," Kallum answered, his expression softening. Clearly, this was his idea and he had to convince Cruden of the decision.
"Not that lunatic," Noah muttered. "We're almost near my graduation, I can afford to skip a few classes and then hop back to school. I can accompany Roselia instead."
