Kapitel 2: Chapter 2: Orario
Finally..... After walking for almost 2 days, Xeos finally arrived at the gates of Orario. He had to make a couple stops on the way due to bandits but all's well that ends well. As he walked, he saw a line going towards the entrance and decided to hop in to wait his turn. It took a couple hours which he use to secretly practice his control on void magic.
When it was his turn, the guard asked for his ID and valis for entry. He gave the ID card that the strange Entity gave him upon his arrival to this world. The guard checked and was satisfied and Xeos handed him 200 valis and went on his way. He saw a lot of different types of races walking along but he paid very little attention to them as he walked around to get familiar with the area. He suddenly smelled something delicious and made his way to a stand selling croquettes. "I think that's how it's spelled"
At the stand he saw a petite looking loli with her hair in twin tails and wearing a white dress with a blue ribbon holding up her umm melons. He knew this was the goddess Hestia and he was surprised since he knew if she has descended, canon isn't far off. Oh well he walked up to her and ordered 4 croquettes. Hestia looked up and was surprised to find a handsome man in front of her and couldn't help but blush slightly but got over it quickly. "Of course Sir that'll be 400 valis". He handed her the correct change and was about to walk away when he heard her say "Wait". He turned around and Hestia asked him if he was an adventurer and he replied "Not yet, why may i ask are you asking me". Hestia panicked slightly but recomposed herself. "I'm goddess Hestia and was wondering and hoping if you would join my Familia. That was why I stopped you. I'm a newly descended goddess and can't offer you much other than Falna but still please consider joining my Familia please".
I thought of it and although joining her isn't a bad idea. I don't know if it will be wise to mess with canon to much. I mean I exist so canon is bound to change anyways and Hestia despite her lazy attitude truly loves her familia and cherishes them. Plus who knows if bell is even coming here in this timeline or if he even exists at all. After thinking for a bit making Hestia nervous. He agreed since if bell doesn't exist someone has to step up to the plate. If he does exist then I can help him grow more mature so either way there's no real harm in joining her other than the Freya. Hopefully he won't fall under her radar.
After hearing him accept Hestia had tears in her eyes and immediately hugged Xeos while thanking him profusely. Xeos lightly chuckled and rubbed Hestia head a little which for some reason made her happier. "I finish my shift at 6pm come by then and I'll bring you home to bestow you your Falna if that's ok". Xeos nodded then left to go to the guild to register himself.
After walking around and asking directions. He found the guild hall and entered. He waited in line till it was his turn and asked for the paperwork needed to become an adventurer. After doing all that he was tasked with having an advisor and he chose Rose Fennet. He liked her cold attitude and wants to prove his worth to her.
After talking to her and getting to know her a bit, he left and noticed he still had 3 hours left till he needs to meet with Hestia. So he decided to once again, walk around and get to know the area more clearly. As he was walking he ran into a friend he met during his stat near the forest. He ran up to him and said "Hey Afton, how are you, it's been a while". Afton turned around and saw Xeos and immediately went to him and gave him a bro hug. "Hey Xeos, nice to see you again.its been what 3 months since we parted."
"Yea it has been a while. I finally made it here. After we completed our training and you left for Orario I kept practicing against surface monsters blindfolded in case I ever needed to fight in the dark or something."
"Huh" that's neat and interesting". Afton asked him if he joined a familia yet and Xeos shrugged and said "I found one just got to wait till she's done working which is in 5 minutes so I have to go but let's team up together and explore the dungeon later once I'm settled, deal".
Afton shook his head and said "Deal". Xeos went back to the stand and saw his goddess waiting for him. "Xeos you came I thought you were gonna ditch me and not show up". Xeos was shocked and replied "I would never do that to you my goddess and I can't wait for you to allow me to join your familia.
Hestia hugged him again with a beaming smile and Xeos just hugged her back. They made their way to Hestia's home which ended up being an abandoned Church which he didn't mind at all. As they went inside, he saw it was a disaster and couldn't help but wince slightly. Hestia apologizes again about the place and he doesn't care honestly as long as he has a roof over his head, he's good. He was lead to a hatch in the ground which lead to an underground home with a bed, bathroom, kitchen, and a small dining area.
Hestia looked sheepish but Xeos just patted her head gently which made her blush but also feel warmth and safe. He removed what little armor he had and got himself comfortable. "So what now Goddess, how do we do the Falna thing". Hestia smiled and said "Just call me Hestia and now I need you to remove your shirt so I can have access to your back to put my Falna on you". Xeos nodded and exposed his chiseled scarred abs and torso/back and proceeded to lay down. Hestia was shocked to see all the scars especially since some of them look like they were from torture. (Aka he was captured by bandits the first time when Afton and his friends found him and rescued him. I know it was a huge thing but didn't want to write it out) Anyways after recomposing herself she sat on his back which Xeos had to admit her butt was divine. It was nice and squishy with a little firmness to it. Though he acted like nothing was wrong.
Hestia pricked her finger and a drop of blood landed on his back. Soon he felt a change within his body and Hestia looked at his status and was shocked by what she saw.

Hestia was shocked that he had 2 magics and several skills. Most people start with nothing and those that have skills or magic are considered geniuses or prodigies. What does that make him a monster. "is everything ok Hestia".
Hestia quickly got her stuff together and made a copy of his sheet for him to see. To say he was surprised would be a lie but not completely. He was shocked about the storage magic but that's about it. He nodded his head and was satisfied. "Tomorrow I'm gonna head to the dungeon to get stronger. Is that okay with you Hestia. Hestia nodded her head and was fine with it. Though she still worried about him getting hurt. That's just the kind of person she is.
Xeos quickly put his shirt back on and decided to head out for dinner and then get some sleep for tomorrow is the big day. He asked Hestia if she was interested in going out to eat. He might not be rich but he does have a fair bit due to the bandits he killed.
Hestia agreed and they went out and had a wonderful time eating and getting to know each other better. They headed home and Xeos fell asleep on the couch while Hestia was resting on the bed. The night passed by quietly and not a single cloud could be seen from this perfect night.
