"Okay! Ann knows!" Qin Sui'an obediently nodded her little head.
Qin Haochen saw that Ann wasn't very sleepy, so he continued, "The banquet will be held at our house.
There might be quite a few people, including grandparents, your brothers, and your Daddy. Ann, you don't need to be afraid."
Qin Sui'an shook her head again, her gaze determined.
"Ann is not afraid."
"Great."
Qin Haochen embraced her small body, a smile deepening on his face.
"Is there anything else Ann wants to know?"
Qin Sui'an's round eyes were filled with curiosity as she softly asked in her sweet voice, "Has Daddy attended many banquets before?"
"Not too many."
Qin Haochen spoke in a gentle tone as if telling a bedtime story.
"Most of them were work-related banquets or family gatherings organized by business partners. We would eat, drink, chat briefly about work, and then it would be over."
He didn't enjoy attending such banquets and often delegated them to He Yan to represent him.
