How to take advantage of the situation
Even though Sengoku realised that Doflamingo was lying to him through his observation haki, he knew that he can't force out the truth from him that easily. He has threatened Doflamingo to take harsh action against him. But in reality there is a limit to which he can go with his punishment. The five elders have indeed allowed him to take actions against Doflamingo in case he denied to co-operate. But they have also set a limit till which Sengoku can go.
On the other hand, Doflamingo aka Joker, had truly no involvement in the plans of big mom and Kaido. He has mearly suspected there target from the log poses they we are collecting from the black market. The route of the islands they were choosing, was the shortest way to impel down apart from the gate of justice. He didn't know how they were planning to avoid Marine surveillance in paradise, but from there preparation, he could only guess their target.
At the end Doflamingo didn't care. The emperors are paying him the exact amount he wanted for his services. And besides Doflamingo was someone who thrived in chaos.
Hancock on the other hand was thinking about how to take the most advantage of the situation. Her observation haki has allowed her to read the surface thoughts of Doflamingo. She has found a method to read the surface thoughts of a person depending on the lust, a person feels towards her.
Even if Doflamingo wasn't looking at Hancock directly, he could still smell her fragrance which was extremely arousing. Only because of his will power, and control over his impulse, he was not showing it on like a few people in the room.
But because of the lust he was feeling towards Hancock, she was able to read his surface thoughts easily.
Hancock has a bone to pick with many level six prisoners of impel down. Depending on circumstances, if she manages do take out a few of them, then for work load in the future will be decreased by a lot.
On top of her hit list, stood people like Brindy Waldo, Catarina Devon, Avalo Pizzaro and Vasco shot.
And if the two Emperors targeted the most secured prison in the world, then she will have the opportunity to kill her targets.
Of course she will have to plan everything very carefully. And it won't be that easy. But if the opportunity shows itself then Hancock was prepared to take the risk.

"Doflamingo this is my last warning. If I found your involvement in the upcoming crisis, then I will make sure that you will there is your position of the war lord. And I don't need to explain to you, what's will happen to you after that." Sengoku threatened Doflamingo again.
But Doflamingo was very confident and his position and political power.
So he didn't budge even a little.
"Fleet admiral, as I told you before, I have no involvement with the plannings of the two Emperors . So asking me is futile."
Sengoku didn't sense any falsehood in that statement. He greeted his teeth and finally decided to drop the matter for now.
"I have warned you before. And I am still warning you. It is not too late. Don't blame me afterwards.
Now, with the limited information we have, the marines are already on high alert.
And until further information is collected, I want you Warlords to stay in paradise. You will respond to the summon of the marines at any moment's notice. This is an order with highest priority. So denying it, will cause the abolishment of your position as a war lord.
In case the two Emperors decided to make a move, all of the warlords will be summoned." Sengoku ordered. His voice was full of authority.
Hancock has no problem with this order. She sails mostly in the paradise anyway. In fact, except for Doflamingo who stays in Dressrosa, and Mihawk who ventures into the new world and order to play his occasional duels with Shanks, all the other war lords stays in the paradise. So no one complained.
In case of Mihawk, he simply didn't care. And in case of Doflamingo didn't complain because he was already on the short end of the rope.

After the meeting was finished, all of the warlords left the Marine Ford. Hancock was not that happy that she will have to postpone her meeting with her beloved Luffy. But she also didn't want to miss an opportunity like this.
So she decided to return to the Amazon Lily and discuss with her crew.

"This plan you are talking about, is very risky, princess." Gloriosa frowned after listening to Hancock's plan.
"First of all, we lack information about what is going on with the to emperors.
And secondly, there will be heavy consequences if your actions get caught by the world government." Gloriosa was completely against this.

Kapitel 115: An explosion with only sound and the training of the beloved
AN: These last few chapters might feel unnecessary to you readers, but this is the final time I am writing this. This dud explosive event, will play a significance role in the future. In fact the chain reaction will start very soon. So please be patient.

An explosion with only sound and the training of the beloved
And explosion with only sound. That was the status of the recent incident. The hype that the fleet Admiral put on the matter of 'the alliance between two emperors', died down like a dud bomb.
The fleet admiral has hyped up the thing a little too much like it is the end of the world. But when nothing happened and the situation became normal again, within a month, many people felt like they have been scammed. Especially someone like Doflamingo who was anticipating a lot of things regarding the upcoming action, felt very disappointed. Hancock who has planned many things in order to get rid of the level 6 prisoners of the impel down, felt disappointed. While her crew members like Gloriosa sighed in relief.
Unknown to the entire world, two parties have made there move against the alliance between the two Emperors stopping their advance.
One of them is the 5 elders who negotiated with big mom in exchange of her two sons as bargaining chip, who were being held in the impel down. On the other hand a certain Red hair man with Wi-Fi haki has agreed to negotiate with kaido in exchange for a favour from the five elders. The favour being under no circumstances the elders will make a move on a man is choosing for three years of time.
But the rabbit hole didn't end there. The dealing has much deeper meaning then it seems to outside.
Ofcourse, a very few people actually knew about it.

After the order of staying in the paradise ended, Hancock immediately went to East blue. This time she has sent Garp, his treats in advance, so that the geezer won't complain.
Hancock was handling herself very well considering her wet dreams are increasing in numbers.
From the very beginning, she was willing to wait for eternity in order to get the acceptance of her lover. But she has no control over her disease. The deadly disease of love and lust. But with the new devil fruit powers of Tia, Hancock was hoping to do something about it.
Hancock would rather die than force herself on Luffy. So for now, her only choice was to spend as much as time possible, with Luffy. Or to suffer the after effects of her wet dreams which left her extremely drained.
So after leaving the handling of island to Gloriosa and Sandersonia, Hancock decided to stay near Luffy for next year. Garp got his treats in time, so he didn't complain.
Hancock has already helped with Luffy's training in the past. And thanks to that, Luffy is strong like he was in the Marineford. It might change the future events. But Hancock didn't care. He wanted to teach him haki as well. But there was an issue. Unlike normal training, haki training will be very painful. And Luffy needed a strong body for that. But due to the nature of Luffy's devil fruit, it was very hard to achieve.
A normal person's body, upon going through intense training, takes damages. And when it is healed new cells formed making the body stronger. But in her beloved case, his body is made of rubber. As a result his body was very hard to put strain on using physical training alone. And Hancock never stayed for a long time to properly train Luffy.
But after a few years, Hancock gave Luffy a sea stone ring *cough* with no ulterior motives *cough* in order to train his body harder. Although she couldn't stay near him, the entire time, Luffy, through his hard work alone, managed to make his body way stronger than before. It also helped him gaining resistance to sea prism stones.
So in the next year of her stay, Hancock decided to train Luffy in basic haki. Conqueror's haki is impossible to awaken without intense moments. And that was not something Hancock can help Luffy with. So she decided to teach him observation and armament haki. Hancock wanted her beloved to be safe during his travel. And power is necessary for that.
But when the training actually started, Hancock found herself unable to train Luffy. She didn't want to hurt Luffy. And using haki, will definitely hurt her lover. So Hancock herself was unable to teach Luffy. But after thinking very carefully about it she hardened her heart and decided to only inform Luffy about the existance of haki so he might unlock it himself.
Luffy, insisted Hancock to teach him. But after a single hit, when Luffy cried out that it hurts, Hancock felt more pain than him. So she finally decided to leave the training of her beloved to her sensei, Rayleigh.
