How this sh*t started

"An enemy ship ahead ! And from the flags.... It's a ship of big mom pirates !"
Lami panicked.
Hancock refused to go back to Paradise until September. While many of the crew members didn't like that, they couldn't go against her orders. Especially someone like Marigold and Gloriosa didn't like it here at all.
Lami is not a big fan of fighting and conflict. But due to her mythical zoan devil fruit, she was starting to like the smell of blood. So certainly, she also liked when she bit down on other pirates draining their blood and killing them. Due to her ever increasing blood lust, even though Lami's logical mind told her to stay out of conflict she liked it due to her instincts.
After Lami saw a ship with a weird looking Jolly Roger she checked it with the information they had. The Jolly Roger matched with the big mom pirates. At first Lami was very conflicted. From the path of big mom's ship and the path of their ship, if the other ship didn't notice them then they could sail away without any conflict.
But Lami's heart told her to alert everyone. First of all she didn't have any problem with a little bloodshed. Secondly if the other crew attacked them without anyone noticing in their crew, then they will be in serious trouble. On top of that it would be betrayal to the captain.
So finally taking all the things into consideration Lami decided to alert everyone about enemy's presence.
Hearing the name of big mom pirates Gloriosa also panicked. Charlotte Linlin was a monster in every sence. She is not something that you can casually pick a fight with. Hancock was strong. But not strong enough to face someone like bigmom. Gloriosa just hoped that Linlin herself wasn't on board.
"Captain ?" Silver asked Hancock.
"For now let's sail ahead. But if they attack us, then we will attack them back." Hancock made her decision. She had confidence in herself. But at the same time she was worried about her crew. Most of the members in her crew were still underaged. So currently there is simply no chance of their winning. So Hancock didn't want to unnecessarily endanger her crew member's life. But if they attack first then she will have no choice but to attack them.
Things escalated pretty fast after that. Both the ship crossed each other without starting attack. But after the silver pearl crossed the ship of the big mom pirates, they suddenly change their path and started to pursue the silver pearl.
*Boom*
*Boom*
*Boom*
*Boom*
The canon fire started from bigmom pirates without any warning.
Hancock hadn't let her guard down.
So she managed to react in time and deflect one of the canon balls which could have hit the silver pearl.
"What the hell !
Why are the attacking us now ?"
Gloriosa shouted.
The queen mama chanter has came close enough for Gloriosa to sense the ship using observation haki.
She was sure that Linlin was not on the ship. She has a monstrous aura. Unless she is hiding it, which is very unlikely considering her nature, there is no way Linlin is present on the ship.
"Don't hold back, attack !" Hancock ordered.
Silver and Hancock stayed to defend the ship as everyone else focused on either attacking or steering the ship.
When big mom ship was close enough, it stopped firing. A figure came out to the deck of the gigantic ship.
It was non other than Charlotte Counter.
He has failed to do a job given by his mama. So he was looking for an excuse or something that will equally please her. So as soon as he saw the ship of the war lord, he immediately attacked without hesitation.
Looking down on the small ship, Counter started his speech.
"Boa pirates ! And the captain !
You must surrender to big mom pirates now. Otherwise you won't-"
*Bang*
Counter was not ready for the direct attack. So he wasn't able to dodge or put up a defence.
A Haki coated bullet pierced his skull and killed him instantly.
Everyone looked at the attacker. It will Silver.
"What ? His face was annoying."
Hancock deadpanned.
And then with a burst of empress haki, she turned the entire crew along with the living ship into stone statues.
...
It has been four months since then. And finally the conflict between an emperor's and a war lord is coming to an end.

Kapitel 89: The preparation before the big fight
The preparation before the big fight
Gloriosa was impressed with Hancock. She had seen her as an extremely prideful girl who simps for Garp's grandson. But in the recent fight between big mom pirates and them, Hancock captured Charlotte cracker and Charlotte Snack, two of the most powerful pirates and big mom's crew and handed them over to the marines. At first heart action has no deep meaning. But in reality that moves actually forced the marines to directly or indirectly aid them in the war.
And as expected, a meeting of the war lord was called within three days of their capture.
Obviously Hancock went there because the entire situation was created by her.
After returning from the meeting, Hancock shared their current situation. Out of five war lords, only two of them have decided to aid them in the war. Marines will be on standby in order to maintain the situation if things escalated too far.
...
"What do you think bigmom will do captain ?" Silver asked aloud.
"If the old hag has even a tiny brain, she would understand that numbers won't matter against me. I can turn them to stones. If I can turn two of her sweet commanders into stone statues, then there is no point in sending someone without conqueror's haki.
So at least we don't have to face a large amount of pirates all at once." Hancock speculated.
"Don't get your hopes high, snake princess. Linlin doesn't see her children as human beings. They are only tools for her use. Do you think they attacked us in the first place because we killed one of her sons ?
The only thing that woman cares for is sweet. So without thinking about large number you should worry about what if bigmom comes herself !" Gloriosa said in distress.
"If she comes herself, then we will fight her. I don't think there is anything confusing about it." Hancock sed to Gloriosa.
"I think you are taking this too lightly big sis. Big mom is one of the four emperors. Sure we have been able to defeat them so far but I don't think that the emperor herself will be so easy to defeat." Sandersonia said her concern.
"I know that. But she is not invincible. Not to mention we will have the support of Hawkeye Mihawk and Crocodile. While crocodile might not able to do much, but Mihawk is the real deal. And besides, I want to use her as the stepping stone to learn conqueror's coating. I couldn't learn it earlier because I have never felt it. But now I have a chance to experience it myself. I might sound a bit arrogant, but I have confidence in myself that I will be able to handle it." Hancock said reassuringly.
Big mom aka Charlotte Linlin was not in a very good mood. So she took all her frustration on the man below her by banging him as hard as she could.
She is going to break that pesky warlord little by little when he will get her hand on her.
First Counter was killed. Linlin didn't care about it much. Counter was getting ahead of himself just because he was the strongest in his batch of children. He deserved what was coming to him.
It didn't matter if one dies. She can always respawn a dozen more. She just have to look for someone strong enough to come to come to her bed.
It was the third day in her bedroom. The man under her, looked like a corpse. But he was still somehow concious.
The act that should look lewd and intemate, was looking like a butcher, butchering a lamb.
Linlin finally stopped humping, when she finally felt three souls forming inside her body.
"Mamamama ! Finally ! It took me 3 days huh ? It seems that I am not young as I was once before."
The man sighed. His greed for money has costed him a lot. But he didn't have time to regret with his decision, when he heard the voice of big mom.
"With so much work, I am hungry now !" The man didn't have any energy left in his body. So he was helplessly.
Linlin picked up the man easily as she ate him spontaneously.
After wiping out her face from blood, Linlin called for her eldest son as well as the First in command sweet general.

So far, big mom has lost a lot in terms of number against the war lord Boa Hancock. But that didn't bother her. The most bothersome thing was she has lost two of his children that he considered stronger than others. Charlotte Cracker and Charlotte Snack were two of her sweet commanders. Although their strength is no nere Katakuri's, but they were not weak.
So this time big mom has decided to go herself. The war lords are called the official allies of the marines. So in a sense she will be going to war against the Marines.
In a normal day, big mom would never go to war against such a superpower just for two of her children who were incompetent enough to get captured by a 16 years old little girl.
But this time it is the matter of reputation. If she let the brat get away with her actions, then no one will fear her anymore. So instead of targeting world government or the Marines, big mom decided to pick up the easy target. Or at least she thought that Hancock will be an easy target.
