Negotiation with the fleet admiral
Silver went to Hancock's room in a slow pace. She has taken the den den mushi with her while the call was on hold. The fleet admiral can wait.
*Knock*knock*
After knocking twice, Silver opened the door.
Sheel, Tia, Sandersonia and Marigold were playing a card game while Hancock was nowhere to be found. They were leaving north blue. But it will take some time to reach the reverse moutain. So the crew was relaxing and playing games. Once they entered grand line the sea will be a lot more chaotic. So they won't get chances like these.
"Where is captain ?" Silver asked the group.
"Oh ! Hey Silver , sister is bathing in the hot spring." Sandersonia spoke while he was focusing on the game.
"Okay." Silver left the room and went towards the bathing area. In a crew where every member takes a bath everyday, boa pirates have spent quite a lot of money on the bathing area. There is an entire hot spring and swimming pool in the ship. Which takes quite a lot of space in the ship. But no one was against it. The hotsprings was very popular among all the crewmates. Even for a devil fruit user bathing in hot water is quite relaxing. The hot water is created by running the engine in the ship. While the ship isn't running on the paddles, the heat generated by the engine, is sent to the hotsprings in order to keep them running.
Silver was not surprised that Hancock was relaxing in the hot springs. In the fight earlier that day she has spent quite a lot of energy.
During the afternoon, they crossed path with Donquixote pirates.
Although it's rest of the crew got instantly turned into stone statues by Hancock, their captain Doflamingo wasn't an easy peak. Especially with the technique he was flying with.
Although he was weaker than Hancock, due to his hit and run tactics he lasted longer than he should. But once he got his arm turn into stone he decided to flee in the air.
Thinking about her own performance Silver reached the door of the hotsprings.
After knocking twice, the door opened. And Salome greeted her. The pet snake has grown quite a lot.
And inside the fog, Silver was greeted with the silhouette of the most beautiful woman in the world in her naked glory.
Silver avoided looking directly at Hancock because there is no way she would be able to survive the shock.
So she stayed near the door and reported.
"Captain the fleet admiral is on the line. He wanted to talk to you."
Hancock turned to see Silver.
"Okay, have you brought the den den mushi with you ?" Hancock asked.
"Yes. Should I come over to you ? The call is on hold." Silver asked Hancock.
"Then wait a minute I will come over." Hancock replied and got out of the hotspring.
A few moments later Hancock came out of the fog.
She was wearing her cape which was not hiding her privates properly.
Hancock picked up the call.
"Moshi moshi... fleet admiral."

Sengoku spent ten minutes in anticipation. Technically Hancock was not bound to follow his orders. Not that he could unofficially order her in the first place. The war lord system was both a good and bad thing.
If he issues an official order then he has to tell the reason of the order to Hancock. And saying Google didn't want that.
After ten minutes of being on hold, finally someone picked up the call.
A face appeared on the den den mushi. Even the snail became beautiful.
"Moshi moshi... fleet admiral."
Sengoku got ready to negotiate.
"War lord Boa Hancock... I have a mission for you. This is an urgent mission. You have to turn back the pirates you have turned into stone to normal." Sengoku directly got to the point.
He was testing Hancock. If she did it without any question then it would be good. But if she doesn't then he would have to apply other methods.
"Why... I am really curious. Why should the fleet admiral himself call me to turn back a few criminals to normal ?"
"We can't send them to the judge as they are now." Sengoku told her in a straight face.
"Fleet admiral.... Do you really believe that anyone will believe that. Why should government care about a few criminal in a far away north blue. A few of them didn't have even a bounty on their head." Hancock asked back.
"Yes that's the exact reason. We can't held them guilty without making them submit their crime." Sengoku replied back.
"Then send me a letter. I want an official letter with your signature. I know that they can survive that long." Hancock said narrowing her eyes.
Sengoku greeted his teeth. Hancock was too reasonable. She wasn't easy to deal with.
"What do you want in order to do what I say with out an official letter ?"
Hancock knew that there was something fishy with Doflamingo. If Sengoku himself was calling her to turn her crew mates back to normal.
But Hancock was not going to miss this chance.
"I want a favour, a personal favour from the fleet admiral."
Sengoku greeted his teeth.
"I will not accept anything unreasonable or something that will force me to go against my duties and justice."
"Don't worry. I will not demand anything unreasonable. You see, I have some personal grudge against a certain pirate. And I want to hunt him down. But the problem is that certain pirate is a member of White-beard's crew.
So I want this favour from you, in order to hunt him down when an opportunity shows itself in the future." Hancock said to Sengoku.
Sengoku narrowed his eyes. They didn't have much information on Hancock past except from her relationship with Amazon Lily. So he didn't know from where this grudge against a white beard pirates came from.
But it will work in their favour. At least he can be assured that Hancock won't run away when it will be time to fight an emperor.
So Sengoku decided to agree.
"Fine I agree. You now have a favour on me. Now I want you to go back to the Marine base where you dropped the pirates and turn back the ones who doesn't have a bounty on their head. You can leave the rest of the pirates. They will be punished accordingly." Sengoku replied.
"Alright...*kachak*"
'Now, I can hold of the decision to make black beard a war lord while I hunt him down. Or better I can even ask him to deploy marines to catch him.'

Senor pink, Giolla, Machvice and Corrazoan were the only one who didn't have a bounty on their head. So Hancock had to turn them back to normal.
It seems that the fleet admiral has taken care of the menial tasks. Hancock was annoyed that she has to return to the Marine base in order to return some pirates to their normal form. Obviously there was much bigger game going on behind the scene. But Hancock couldn't care less. But she was getting a personal favour from the fleet admiral. So the extra trouble will be worth it in the future. Specially while dealing with black beard. So the Boa pirates went to the Hato island marine base to take care of a little menial task, before finally leaving the north blue.
Hancock has decided to return to Amazon Lily for their last trip. Lami needed to control the powers and survive first. She could train her in any Island, but she wanted to keep the power of the devil fruit a secret which might have no user since who knows how long.
That's why she has decided to take Lami to the island where they usually train.
They were heading to the reverse mountain because their current destination was grand line and it was the fastest way to reach there. Hancock has decided to stay away from Luffy for now. She will meet him, but not now. She would still start her journey from the east blue. But she will not meet Luffy right now. But later, when he is older around 14 or 15, she will come back to help him train. Luffy could have saved his brother if he is a little stronger. So she was going to be his friend and help him train and learn haki.
Hancock squealed in anticipation thinking about Luffy.
Unknown to her,this decision will change the future very drastically.

"We can go through the official channels of marines. Then why are you insisting on going through reverse mountain ?" Lami asked Tia.
"Cause it's captain's order. And besides what's with the change of mood ? You were pretty excited when we are going to more dangerous place underwater. And now you are being a pussy when we are going to an obvious way that every pirate uses going to grand line ?" Tia said.
"Oh ! I didn't know that I had a chance to live. That's why I didn't care either I die or live while going on an adventure that no one went on. But now, things are different. The Marine's channel are safer. That should be best for all of us. Isn't that what normal people should do ? Take the safer option ?" Lami said sheepishly.
"Listen here ! You pussy ! I will call you pussy from now on ! Cause you are one.
We are pirates. We do what captain asks us to do without any question. It doesn't matter it is sane or not, it doesn't matter if you will be putting your life on the line, you just gotta do what she asks you to do.
Look, what do you think pirates do ?" Tia started her lecture.
"Ummmm... They loot, rape and kill or sometimes goes on treasure hunt ?" Lami was unsure now. Because the pirates she was staying with, are nothing like her imagination.
"*Sigh* That's it ?
Well then, let me give you some information about pirates in the grand line and about captain herself.
First of all, you are right about one thing. What most pirates do, is looting and plundering. Wheather it's another pirate crew, marines or civilians, this is one aspect that you will find common in almost all the pirates. We plunder and loot. Killing is something that became necessary with time. Every once in a while you meet a foe, that you don't have strength to spare. In that case if that enemy has the absolute intention to kill you or your crewmates, then there will be only one option. Kill him before he kills you.
And finally about raping. There is no rules stopping you to do that in this crew. So you can do it if you want, of course when you are older."
Tia explained and Lami listened to her carefully until she reached the last part.
"Hey ! I am a girl ! Not a man !" Lami shouted in protest.
"Yeah, it doesn't matter. If you wanna rape someone, then gender is not the thing that matters. But besides that, what I am talking about is, that's what usually pirates do. But Captain is different. She is the would be queen of Amazon Lily.
Before I go on a full explanation, tell me what do you know about Amazon Lily ?" Tia asked.
"Not much, just that it is somewhere unreachable and it's an island where only women lives.
Well, I am confused how they maintain their population if men aren't allowed there in the first place."
Lami asked aloud.
"Okay, since you seems to have no idea I will tell you about Amazon Lily.
It's called the island of maiden because men aren't allowed to enter the island.
As per how they maintain their population, I will go there eventually. For now listen to this carefully. It's an island full of poisonous and non poisonous snakes and is a wild life habitat. The island is self sufficient in food. But except from food and water, you will find nothing else in the Island.
Kuja pirates have been existing since the beginning of the history of island.
They are the strongest fighters in the Amazon Lily, who were tasked with fulfilling the other requirements of living in the island. They usually plunder necessary things from others to fulfill the requirements of the island. But sometimes they also venture to learn some necessary things like craftsmanship etc.
And besides that, they are the one usually responsible for maintaining the population of the island.
There are other rules and regulations. But you will know then eventually. For now you should understand that no matter what, you can't disobey her orders.
You signed up for this life as soon as you accepted the offer given by captain. Now you can't back down. So the only thing you can do is to get stronger. And besides captain wants you to become our doctor. So you shouldn't disappoint her.
Don't worry, captain won't ask you to do anything unreasonable. Reverse mountain is the fastest way to reach the grand line despite the danger it poses. That's why we are taking this route."
Tia said to Lami and adjusted their course.
It was the time of night. So it will be harder to navigate to the reverse mountain. One single mistake can cause them their life.
"Go to the sails and call the others to get ready. Inform captain, we will soon reach the reverse mountain." Tia said to Lami and she hurriedly went outside.

Tia has done this before. So she has some experience in handling a ship. Silver was the one for the look out with her greater eyesight. Her observation haki is only second to Hancock. And adding that to her eyesight she is a great help in navigating the ship in right direction.
Lami watched everyone worked together to maintain the ship. She has managed to do, full transformation and hybrid transformation of her devil fruit power without losing her sanity. But whenever she tried to control blood, she started to get aggressive and blood thirsty.
It was the only thing stopping her from curing herself. That's why Hancock and her crew were going to a seccluded Island in the calm belt where they can properly train her.
She felt the rush of adrenaline when they got closer to the entrance. It was the hardest part in this journey. Once the entered perfectly , then the reverse mountain is smooth sailing. But a little bit of mistake can cause them their life.
Thanksfully Tia was experienced and she was able to navigate the ship correctly even with the limited visibility.
Lami finally sighed in relief after they entered the reverse mountain.
