Kapitel 114: Chapter 114: Could This Spread Rumors?!

Irina's face flushed as she pushed Hermione away. "Tsk, Hermione, you always love to joke around."

Saying that, Irina stood up and was about to walk towards the girl's dormitory.

"Not chatting anymore, I need to go rest!" Irina said hurriedly as she walked away.

However, Hermione called out to her, "You can't go."

Irina turned around, puzzled. "Is there anything else?"

"I'll come with you."

Hermione stood up and grabbed Irina's small hand. The two girls chatted as they walked towards the girl's dormitory together.

On the way, Hermione looked at Irina with a mischievous aunt-like smile and said slyly, "Irina, Irina, you have to clarify your relationship with Senior Rowle today! Tell me, are you two already together?"

Upon hearing this, Irina's eyes widened in disbelief as she stared at Hermione. "What? Who's trying to slander me today? Hermione, you're trying to slander me, aren't you? You're slandering me!"

The two returned to their dormitory, which was empty except for the two of them. Hermione closed the door behind them.

Hermione didn't say a word, but instead looked at Irina with a strange smile.

"Huh? Why are you looking at me like that? Say something, quick!" Irina felt like she couldn't even wash herself clean in the Yellow River. She shook Hermione vigorously.

Seeing that Hermione still had a smile on her face as she looked at her, Irina panicked. She pushed Hermione onto the bed and started to playfully wrestle with her. "You little girl, why aren't you talking? If you don't talk, you won't even be able to stay alive! Just come at me!"

Seeing that Irina had started to tickle her, Hermione began to resist, but how could she compete against Irina?

Hermione was pinned down on the bed by Irina, who kept tickling her under her arms.

A sound of laughter like silver bells echoed through the girl's dormitory, but why did that laughter sound increasingly miserable?

It wasn't until Hermione's throat went dry that Irina finally let her go.

"Heh heh, see if you dare to slander me again!" Irina said triumphantly.

Hermione gasped for breath and looked at Irina. "So you really don't have anything going on with Senior Rowle?"

Irina felt a bit helpless and said, "Not even a stroke of the word 'relationship' yet. We're just friends. I remember explaining this to you before!"

Hermione sat up and muttered, "Well, you two have been meeting secretly all the time lately. Who wouldn't be suspicious?"

Upon hearing this, Irina was taken aback. "Is it that obvious?"

Hermione spread her hands. "Of course! Not only do you two go out together every day, but you also keep going to the same place. Even Harry knows where you've been going."

Last year, Harry had gone to that underground classroom for several days in a row to look at the Mirror of Erised. After noticing the direction Irina had been heading lately, he naturally realized where her destination was.

"Oh no, this is a big misunderstanding! I won't go there anymore, wah..." Irina covered her face.

She never imagined that a perfectly normal meeting between transmigrators could spread such rumors.

Now it was Hermione's turn to console her. Hermione gently patted Irina's back and said with a smile, "Don't worry, not many people care about it anyway. After all, we're only in our second year! Really, it's just a few of us in our dormitory, along with Harry and Ron who know."

...

Time flew by, and soon the day of the Quidditch match arrived.

During the early breakfast, Lynn and Irina saw Colin, as promised, wearing the alchemical glasses when he arrived at the Great Hall, which put their minds at ease.

At this time, Harry, who was about to participate in the match, walked over with a hint of nervousness. Although he didn't seem as tense as the previous year when he could hardly eat, Irina and the others could still clearly sense Harry's uneasiness.

As eleven o'clock approached, the teachers and students of Hogwarts gathered at the Quidditch pitch.

In the Gryffindor section, Colin's classmates noticed the alchemical glasses he was wearing and curiously asked him about them, but Colin just shook his head without answering.

It was then that Irina seemed to have an idea. She said to Harry, who was about to enter the pitch, "By the way, Harry, could you give me ten autographed photos of yourself?"

Hearing this, Harry looked bewildered. "What do you want them for?"

Irina clasped her hands pleadingly. "I promised Colin earlier, so...please, please!"

Harry's eyes widened as he exclaimed, "Irina, you sold me out?"

Irina smiled sheepishly. "I asked Colin to do me a favor before..."

Harry said resignedly, "Okay, okay, just have Colin give me the photos later."

Even though Harry was reluctant, he still had to help Irina with her favors as the big sister.

After saying that, Harry went to enter the pitch.

Soon, the two teams took to the air in the Quidditch pitch, and the match officially began.

The match was a tense one, and the weather wasn't being kind either, as a light drizzle started to fall.

The raindrops splattered on Harry's glasses, making it impossible for him to see the situation on the pitch.

And to make matters worse, one of the Bludgers seemed to have gone mad, constantly attacking Harry.

No matter how many times Fred and George batted the Bludger away, it paid no attention to the other players and kept flying back, crashing into Harry with a determination to kill him.

"Someone's tampered with that Bludger!" Fred muttered. Having studied alchemy, he could naturally see the abnormality in this Bludger's behavior.

George said, "We need a time-out!"

George kept signaling to Wood while batting the Bludger away to prevent it from breaking Harry's nose.

Wood caught his signal, and soon Madam Hooch blew the whistle for a time-out.

"What's going on?" Wood asked them.

By this time, the Gryffindor Quidditch team members had gathered together, while the Slytherin Quidditch team members in the crowd jeered and mocked them.

Wood questioned them, "We're being flattened. Fred, George, where were you when that Bludger stopped Angelina from scoring?"

"We were twenty feet above her, stopping the other Bludger from killing Harry, Wood," George said angrily. "Someone's tampered with that Bludger – it won't leave Harry alone. It hasn't gone for anyone else all game. The Slytherins must have done something to it!"

"But the Bludgers have been locked in Madam Hooch's office since our last practice, and they were fine then..." Wood said anxiously.

At this moment, Madam Hooch was walking towards them, and Harry's gaze went over her shoulder to see the Slytherin Quidditch team members sneering and pointing at him.

"Listen," Harry said, looking at the others, "with you two flying around me all the time, there's no chance I can get near the Snitch. You two stay with the others, and let me deal with the rogue Bludger on my own."
