Kapitel 48: Spy Rider Operation

The three steps to create a Spy Rider are;

1. Stripping the dragon rider of all his emotions through the Arcane Training; we believe that the more emotionless a spy rider is, the more he would be able to complete his mission.

2.Turning the riders white hair to be permanently coloured black through the Witch Blood Ritual. The new appearance of the spy rider is important to ensure easy penetration into the Vale, and flawless blending with the witches.

3.Training the spy riders to know everything about the Vale through the Knowledge Test Training. Such training is to ensure that our spy is in the loop with both current and past happenings at the Vale.
