I nodded, and only stared them down until it was time for the battle to begin. I'd gone with getting myself against the wall, figuring they'd surely surround me if I didn't.
Three on one…I haven't been in many situations like this in the Dive Games. Or I should say, I never really overcame a situation like this in them. Of course, those Dive Games weren't like the ones you read in stories, where the main character gets some kind of totally unique advantage that can't be duplicated by other players. Hah, I always thought that was hilarious. Nobody would pay for a game where someone could get content or items that no one else in the game would ever be able to access.
But yeah, my only real chance is probably going to be to leverage all the unfair advantages at my disposal. It isn't as though the higher-ups expect me not to use the Librarian's Name, so I'll go ahead and reveal it here.
