Kapitel 42: The Lady In Black, Part Twenty-Seven

As the sun dipped low on the horizon, casting a warm golden glow over the city, Zenith and Emi made their way back to Julia's police station.

Julia greeted them as they entered, a big, bright smile on her face popped up as soon as she saw them.

Zenith wasted no time in updating Julia about the progress they had made.

"I've made contact with the Black Widows," Zenith stated succinctly, her voice carrying a hint of satisfaction. "I've gotten them to help, on the condition I do this, uh... errand for them first."

Julia's eyes lit up with approval.

"Good, good." Julia then turned to Zenith with a glint of excitement in her eyes. "On my end, I've managed to schedule a meeting with the Blades of the Church. We'll be meeting them tomorrow afternoon."

Zenith nodded in acknowledgment.

[Julia does work fast, huh?]

She was very pleased with the progress they were making.

"Looking forward to it."
