Kapitel 57: Meeting the Family

The vampire at the other end of the dining table glared at me.

Their deep red eyes filled with disgust as they folded their arms. We'd been like this for the past couple of minutes since Marcellus had brought me to the practically unused dining hall.

The strange vampire had walked into the hall just as Marcellus had ordered one of his practically unseen vampire workers to bring me food, immediately returning with trays of different types of food.

It was odd the way they would've just appeared in a swirl of black smoke as soon as Marcy called for them. Otherwise, we'd been the only ones in the castle.

"What is that doing here, Brother?" the strange vampire said, their deep voice making me think they were a man but in a realm filled with all kinds of creatures, who could've known?

They were beautiful though, with features similar to Marcy's. A more effeminate beauty compared to Marcellus', but beautiful and regal all the same.
