The Principal sat at her desk, her eyes fixed on Aether, who lounged casually in a chair across from her. He was whistling a light tune, spinning a mask in his hands as if he wasn't related to the incident that almost cost a life.
Despite the chaos he had wrought, the Principal felt no anger.
Yes, The principal didn't get angry. She'd spent enough time with Aether to understand his peculiar nature and... his relentless tendency to flirt with her during their interactions which was something she found both amusing and exasperating.
And most of all,
She couldn't help but be fascinated by his rapid progress, 'In such a short span of time, he's already grown this much... truly favoured by the Arcane, I suppose,' she mused silently.
With a resigned sigh, she broke the silence, "I suppose Professor Kennedy must have done something to provoke you, right?"
