Kapitel 224: A pricey Restoration

Dom's suspicion returned, this time stronger than ever before.

"You're lying. I'll find out the truth by asking one of the four sacred clans, so tell me the truth, boy."

"There won't be any official record of me awakening anyway," Sebastian said, his tone confident. "I escaped the Blackfire Clan's recruitment when I arrived in Somnium."

Recognition dawned on Dom's face at Sebastian's words. "You," he said. "I know who you are. Max Deitor."

"Bingo." Sebastian's grin grew wider.

The people from both the inner and outer city quickly learned of Max Deitor's escape from the Blackfire clan. It was something huge, after all, not only because someone achieved what was considered impossible, but even because the Blackfire Clan's reputation got it because of it.

No one knew who Max Deitor was, but to pull something like that off, it meant this guy had at least some powerful backing behind him.
