Kapitel 29: Chapter 29 Quidditch Business, Draco School News

In the sky outside Black Manor, Cole was teaching Martin and several other children to fly on broomsticks.

Cole, who had never touched a broomstick before, was quickly mastering many maneuvers.

Needless to say, I used to think that wizards riding broomsticks were silly, but I never expected how enjoyable it would be until I tried it myself.

Especially when skimming close to the grass, it was exhilarating.

Martin, Ben, and his two daughters looked at their father with admiration, while Jerome struggled to keep his eyes open.

"Jerome, didn't you go to bed early yesterday? Why are you so sleepy again?" Martin, the eldest brother, asked Jerome helplessly, wondering if his brother was a sleeping dragon in a past life.

"Brother, good sleep ensures growth. Look at you, you're shorter than me because you don't sleep well," Jerome retorted, looking smug as if he had made a groundbreaking discovery, much to Martin's exasperation.

Ignoring the banter between his sons, Ben mounted his broom and soared into the sky.

It must be said that Ben's talent had started to shine since that day. Whether in magical prowess compared to his siblings or academic progress, Ben had always been a late bloomer.

With Ben leading the way, Darlene and Alice tentatively followed suit, rising into the sky under the watchful eyes of the Black family wizards, ensuring their safety.

Martin no longer argued with Jerome, resigning himself to his brother's seemingly logical reasoning.

Cole continued the parent-child activities with the children, feeling gratified as he watched them grow more proficient with each passing moment.

It seemed the Black family possessed a knack for flying, considering Sirius was once a member of the Gryffindor Quidditch team.

Pondering this, Cole even entertained the idea of forming a team with more children.

"Cole, come down for lunch. Martin, take your siblings to wash up," Meera's voice called out, beckoning them back to reality from their airborne escapades.

After giving birth to several children, Meera managed to maintain her figure, and her married life with Cole grew even more harmonious. Cole couldn't help but feel that Meera was overworked; otherwise, the Black family would have welcomed more additions.

Arriving at the dining table, the children settled into their seats obediently. Meera's aristocratic upbringing had instilled in them a sense of discipline and politeness.

"Cole, are you considering starting a Quidditch team?" Meera inquired, her curiosity piqued by the sport that seemed unsafe and unseemly to her Otherworldly sensibilities.

Despite her reservations, Meera remained supportive of Cole's endeavors. Over the years, the Black family's potion business had flourished under her careful management.

"Yes, I plan to form a team and eventually build a large Quidditch stadium," Cole replied, his recent investigations revealing the lucrative nature of the sport.

Cole had discovered that Quidditch was immensely popular and profitable, with large-scale competitions drawing crowds and attracting numerous wizarding enthusiasts willing to bet their Galleons.

The Quidditch League showcased the talents of wizards from around the globe, with prestigious events like the Quidditch World Cup garnering widespread attention.

In his pursuit of family development, Cole had inadvertently neglected to explore the wider wizarding world, but now he was determined to make his mark in the realm of Quidditch.

As he delved deeper into his research, Cole identified four major broom manufacturers dominating the market.

Sideswipe Broom Company, Comet Trading Company, Nimbus Game Broom Company, and Randolph Badmore Company each offered unique products catering to different segments of the market.

Cole contemplated establishing his own broom company to gain greater control over his team's equipment and maximize profits.

Lost in thought, Cole was brought back to reality by Martin's announcement:

"Father, cousin Draco sent a letter inviting us to visit him at Hogwarts."

Smiling at the earnest faces of his children, Cole realized they were still just kids, innocent and full of wonder.

Draco had visited Black Manor often over the years, and Cole knew him well. Despite Draco's reputation, he had always been cordial, perhaps influenced by Martin and the others.

"Take your mother and enjoy yourselves. Just remember to behave and stay safe," Cole advised, not overly concerned about their well-being in the Malfoy Manor.

Lucius might have reservations initially, but maintaining friendly relations between their families was crucial.

Cole suddenly remembered that Draco would soon start at Hogwarts, and Harry Potter, the supposed savior, would also make his debut in the wizarding world.

If not for this sudden realization, Cole might have forgotten about Harry altogether.

Dumbledore had done an impressive job of keeping Harry hidden all these years, making Hogwarts bound to become livelier with their arrivals.

With the return of the renowned Dark Lord, Tom Riddle, Hogwarts was sure to see its share of excitement.
