Kapitel 19: Chapter 19- Mysterious Ninjas

Man happily accepted the spices offered by the Arc because he meant why mean not.

Arc who had eaten the made stew saw notifications.

[ You have received 1 mortal gene point. ]

This same appeared three times indicating that in total he had received 3 mortal rank gene points from that monster stew he made, Arc completing his food first started looking in other directions to find something to use his time on.

But all he can see is that everyone is eating while sitting in a circle around the food being cooked.

As for Gojo, he was sitting alone on one side while not even roasting the meat of the monster.

He just ate the monster as it is but detailed that Arc noticed that before eating each bite, the shape of Gojo's teeth would change into a sharp and long shape. It was like those ghouls mentioned in the legends.

Arc stopped himself from making any comments on it, but his intrusive thoughts were telling him that he should say it and be done with it.

Arc still got the chills from the previous scene of Gojo slicing the monster with so ease. He wasn't sure anymore if his armour could even protect anymore if a battle happened between him and Gojo.

Completing eating his stuff, Gojo burped and said to everyone, "I am going on a stroll because I have eaten too much. And I want everyone to stay together until I return, especially you Arc. You better not move from the team."

While Gojo was saying this, he had a creepy smile on his face which was enough to scare the crap out of everyone.

"Arc, I am thankful to you, and I am telling you this when Gojo says stuff, just obey him. It will be better for you. Consider this advice paying back your favor." A person who borrowed the spices moved close to Arc whispering this to him.

Arc also nodded but he still had the curiosity to know what is stroll really about, because it could not be about eating too much food because the speed of Gojo eating was fast which was not a stereotype for a person who had filled his stomach already.

Gojo walking and strolling has now reached a dense forest while still having that creepy smile on his face.

"So, why don't you guys come out already? You were already discovered when you entered the area of 3 kilometers around us. I am interested in knowing who had the balls to spy on me and my group." Gojo said while constantly moving his eyeballs to locate where these people were.

"You are not our target, so get your a** out of here. Interfering in our business will get you no good." Someone jumping from the high trees said. His appearance was like a ninja covered in a dark black dress, with his face covered.

"I like it when others think they are stronger than me. I am the only honored one among everyone. Let's see how you guys put up a show to entertain me, let me tell you, I am very strict in giving scores." Saying this, Gojo stretched and opened his mouth and his teeth changed shape and became long and sharp.

"Retreat now, he can't be offended. He is cold- blood Gojo which we are instructed to flee just at his sight." A composed voice said. It was a ninja in a similar appearance sitting on a tree, only difference was a black star emblem on his chest.

"Too late for retreat now. And this smell. Yes, the smell of fear, I just love the smell of fear." Gojo who was now sitting next tree to the person just spoke.

He was frightened and wanted to run right then and there. But before his reflexes can come into action, Gojo summoned his monster soul and cleaved that person in two pieces just like a monster from before.

Others were also split into pieces while Gojo left only one person alive to interrogate him about what was their true purpose and who was behind them.

"So, you are the only one left now. So, spit out who sent you and who is the one you have targeted?" Gojo had just asked this question and the captured ninja was about to say something but then a chain appeared around the neck of the ninja and killed him instantly.

Gojo didn't react to this for a bit but then he was clenching his teeth because this had ruined all the fun of interrogation for him.

But he wants to know that this person who targeted him because many people know him or his family background, would not dare to do such a thing not out is respect but fear.

Realizing there were not many things to info from except the star emblem on Ninja which he had collected already. Now, he has been walking out of that dense forest back to where they all were sitting.

"Oooh! You guys seem down in the mood. I guess we should go hunting those peacock monsters. Those are more delicious and they give arrow-type monster souls, but it all depends on your luck." Gojo said with an excited and childlike tone while making happy faces which was a 180-degree change from that creepy smile.

At words from Gojo, everyone cheered like some picnic was being planned while getting away from the boring school where history is being taught day and night.

This behaviour change was because of the arrow type of monster soul, this type of monster soul is really useful. After all, it can used and called back again and even if the monster's soul gets a little damaged, it can recover itself after getting called back in mind with time.

Arc was also in need of some long-range weapons.

"Our party will be now divided into three little teams. Worry not, we will walk together but be prepared that it is an area where fog is so dense that you can lose your location." Gojo said providing instructions.
