It was a bouquet of hyacinths. Ariana loved this scent ever since she was a child. However, now, as she stared at the bouquet in front of her, Ari couldn't smile or even like the scent that was wafting over to her. The reason was obvious,

This bouquet was left behind by someone unknown. A gift from a stranger was not something that Ariana would smile at.

Not to mention the doorbell rang just a few seconds ago but no one was standing outside. Ari did not need to think twice to know that the person who left this bouquet did not want to be seen by her.

Ariana ignored the hyacinths and walked around them. She peered through the balcony and looked at the car that was driving away, but the car had tinted windows and no number plate, which only caused Ari to become even more nervous.
