Back in Vegas, Alessia took her symptoms seriously the moment she woke up.

It was not nausea this time but frequent urination. After the last time, she researched a lot about pregnancy symptoms, not wanting to make the same mistake again as before.

Having already taken a couple of pregnancy tests, she had some test kits at home.

Godic was still asleep when she went to the bathroom to take the test, and she screamed from excitement, causing him to jump out of bed and run to the bathroom with the sleep cleared from his eyes.

"Aless, is everything alright?" Godic asked worriedly but soon relaxed when he realized she screamed from excitement and not from pain or anything of that sort.

He always loved to see the beam on her face every morning and was happy to have kept it that way.
