Kapitel 309: Chapter 309 - I am here for peace

At the Evergreen Pack, intruders had invaded the pack and the war sirens rang.

Burke, who was in the kitchen with Alice and Godic after a tough training session earlier, instantly sprang into action the moment a mindlink went through.

'Beta, the pack is under attack. It's the Lakeside rogues.'

Burke ended the mindlink instantly and said to Alice, "Run upstairs and don't come down until I come to get you."

Alice knew there was a war, but she was not willing to be a damsel in distress when the Alpha and Luna were not there to help. 

This was the time to prove her worth to the pack, even if she could not use her powers. The sound of invaders could be heard from outside, and her heart was thumping wildly.

"Let me help Dorothy organize the omegas," Alice countered, trying to make herself useful.

After a little thought, Burke agreed, "Fine," and Alice ran to the underground safehouse.
