Kapitel 28: Mistake

Athena was at a loss for words. She could feel Vladimir's sincerity in offering her his help. She appreciated it. 

However, Vladimir's method of seeking revenge was different from what she wanted. This man standing behind her could be as brutal and merciless as the devil… according to Lanny. 

'My brother can annihilate the Williams Family in just one command and torture your ex-husband and his mistress to death if you ask for his help.' This was Lanny's warning to Athena.

Athena didn't want to resort to violence.

"I haven't heard your story yet. But I'm willing to share your burden," Vladimir added amidst her silence.

Athena finally freed herself from his embrace as she turned around to face him. "Thanks, V. You and Lanny had done so much for me. I've always relied on both of you. And I don't know how I can repay your kindness."
