Kiara's POV

Queen Susannah burst into the room and scanned me.I was standing on the big wooden pedestal looking as innocent as a rabbit.I tried different poses in the mirror, my eyes fixated on my slender form.

"What seems to be the problem? she asked threading further.

"I refused to be measured." I said.I was reporting myself because I didn't want the maids to get in trouble for my actions.

"What do you mean?"

I pointed at the tailor. "I refused to let him take Mt measurements for the wedding dress."

"And why not?" The Queen asked, walking over to the mannequin that held the model dress on display.Her hands danced over the design.

"Is there something wrong with the fabric?"

"No."

It was actually quite conformable to touch.

"The colour?"

White was a nice colour with the design.I loved the colour.

"No." I replied.
