Arit thanked Luna for what she was doing, and Luna just said it was fine. She wasn't doing it for Arit anyway, so Arit didn't need to feel like she owed Luna anything. Arit went silent again as she finally finished cleaning the blood on her forehead.
"So, you're in love with Mark?"
After a while, Arit suddenly spoke up, and Luna just nodded without shame.
"I am. I've always been in love with him."
"You should have told me when I asked before at the festival. Why did you lie to me?"
"It… was complicated. You can't really say something like that to the girlfriend of the guy you love. I was going to mention it to you, but I chickened out at the last minute."
