There are no sewers or underground tunnels where it could have followed out of sight, and it wasn't dropped off by any aircraft. Honestly, this looks like the work of some sort of teleportation skill. That's the only way that thing could've appeared in the middle of the city suddenly without anyone noticing.]

"Then, wouldn't that mean a superhuman dropped this thing off here?"

[Yeah, that's the most likely scenario. A superhuman dropped that thing there using their blessing. I don't know who or why, but it's probably not anything good.]
