"And why do I feel like Adrian-sama is deliberately stalling?"
Shanks, holding a bottle of whiskey, glanced sideways at Adrian, who was listening to the unknown director's flattery with a smile. He couldn't help but smirk.
"That guy wants Adrian to star in his movie!"
"A movie?" Love's eyes lit up. "You mean like what we just watched in that big dark room?"
"Probably..." Shanks scratched his head, a bit unsure.
Adrian stroked his chin, looking with interest at the middle-aged director before him.
Even though the flattery was quite pleasant, hearing it from a greasy middle-aged man somehow felt insincere.
Adrian asked slowly, "What type of movie are you planning?"
The middle-aged director responded decisively, "A romance film!"
"Does it have action elements?"
The director hesitated for a moment, then said uncertainly, "It probably doesn't need any..."
"Action is the real mainstream!" Adrian critiqued directly.
"A plain romance film won't have a market!"
Without giving the director time to react, Adrian continued, "What's the basic plot?"
The director, unsure of what the handsome man before him was thinking, nevertheless explained fully.
"It starts with... the journey... the separation... a happy ending."
"Tsk tsk!" Adrian let out two slightly disdainful sounds and shook his head slightly.
"So you want to make a serious film!" The middle-aged director carefully examined Adrian's appearance and demeanor, concluding that this guy indeed had the potential to become a top superstar based on his looks alone.
Gritting his teeth, the middle-aged director felt he was making a huge concession and then spoke up.
"If there's anything you're not satisfied with, I can personally adjust the script for you!"
"Action doesn't need a script!" Adrian quipped, saying something the middle-aged director couldn't quite understand.
"Clear the set entirely! Only the male and female leads should stay! Even the camera is unnecessary!"

Adrian thought for a moment.
"Then just leave the male and female leads and a Den Den Mushi for recording."
"At the beginning of the film, shoot a solo photo session of the female lead, make it as beautiful as possible."

Adrian had expected to wait here for the rest of Roger's crew, ideally catching them off guard.
