"We have to help them," Natasha said, her voice filled with compassion.
John agreed. "We'll free them and destroy the source."
They approached the villagers cautiously, signaling for silence. "We're here to help," John whispered. "Stay calm and follow our lead."
The villagers nodded, their relief evident. John and Natasha quickly disabled the guards, freeing the villagers from their bonds. "Get to safety," Natasha instructed. "We'll handle the rest."
With the villagers safe, they turned their attention to the altars. As they began to dismantle them, a figure emerged from the shadows, its eyes glowing with malevolent intent.
"You think you can stop us?" it snarled. "You're too late."
